I will be staying 18-25 Feb could I please request a room with a balcony for my family please... Also we will be celebrating my daughters 15th birthday so was wondering if you could arrange a small cake for her

My 1st holiday abroad and was so disapointed .it was that bad i really wanted to leave the same day we arrived .We stayed for 4days and were all inclusive !!!! We were given room 158 and it was one of the worst rooms ever , leaking windows ,damp very cold and had the worst view possible (a brick wall) it was right next to where all the ferral cats stay (a skip with old mattresses). We asked daily to be moved but told no other rooms available. We even had 3 lots if neighbours in space of 2 days that just up and left! . ferral cats everywhere .pool was absolutely freezing and not heated even in the sun(when it came out) had sign stating lifeguard duty but no life guard insight. Room was very dated rusty metal bed x2 put together not comfy at all and way to cold.bath was tiny and no good if u are tall!!! Snacks for all inclusive was only cheese ham sandwiches with no butter and that's all there was. Bingo every night which got boring .had foto taken with an owl and was told I had to pay €10 I said I don't want it and they took huff and were ignorant. Food was basically the same everyday and was not hot .whole building needs a revamp to be honest as all old dated and falling to bits.we met other couples there who also said its worst place they stayed in. Advice to people going here is to look else where.

This place is great! Have stayed twice now and never had any reason to complain. Great staff, rooms clean and comfortable, lovely pool area and drinks which never stop flowing! The food is basic but tasty, and keeps you going. For the price of the holiday we could afford to eat out once a day for something more exciting. No security issues during our stay, and we did have some rain but our ground floor room didn’t leak under the door!

Just returned from a week here... what a waste of money, room and bed so damp, couldn’t get a good night sleep! Was given an extra blanket but Hotel wanted €10 per day for a heater! Sofa was torn, bathroom dirty and leaked, balcony and balcony furniture filthy, curtains hanging down! Smell from toilet dreadful! The reason we paid for an A/I hotel was to relax around the pool but the food and hotel in general was so poor we spent another £400 on transport and restaurants just to get away. Couldn’t wait to get home which is a shame! Now suffering from Sore throat and feeling quite unwell! This hotel does have potential - with a cash injection it could be so much better! But at the moment it’s overrated as a 3*.., management please take everyone’s comments on board, this could be such a nice hotel !

Booked this holiday as me and my husband needed a break.... It rained which is no ones fault but it came through window frame onto floor into my bag and ruined my passport.... Staff in hotel wouldn't take any responsibility, lady on reception said it was my own fault for putting my bag on the floor... We had to go to British embassy and they said our hotel should help towards cost of new passport.... They refused.... In the end we paid for a taxi to the airport a day before our flight home to see if they could help us... Luckily they did... We lost 2 days of our holiday trying to sort it..... The hotel did absolutely nothing and it was there fault.. The staff couldn't care less.... I explained we have children to get home to she just shrugged her shoulders.... No entertainment... Food awful.... Towels all over the reception were there's leaks they can't be bothered to fix... I will be getting all my money back for this. I hid my bag under my bed with passport in whilst I was sleeping after reading the reviews about the break ins... I asked to speak to manager she was to busy to talk to me but could talk to the staff over the phone.... We were treated appallingly... Please don't go to this hotel 🏩

Was worried about the hotel after reading the reviews. Just got back from a 4 night break. Yes the rooms are very dated and housekeeping could be better. But they were serviceable. Take your own kettle. I personally could not fault the food in anyway.good choices and was hot. ( I'm fussy as I am a cook manager). Drinks were of a good offer. Entertainment was fine. Unfortunately lanzarote was experiencing really bad weather during our stay. It was cold wet and windy. We were given a small heater to use which was a God send and extra blankets. Not the hotels fault. What it doesn't state in the overview is that it isn't suitable for people with pushchairs. Wheelchairs or walking issues as it us all steps to get around the complex. I would advise the hotel to inform potential patrons of this. Would I return? Probably not due to its location. A tidy walk down hill to the hustle n bustle but a taxi back is only 4 euros tops.nice pool area. Didn't get to make the most if it due to the weather.

Let’s face it, book a budget price, you get a budget hotel. Get real! The location is hilly but really, the local facilities are only a 5 (Spa shop) to 15 (harbour side restaurants) minute walk away and the paths are safe. If you want flat walks, don’t go. If you want to walk your food off, enjoy the walk. The rooms, yes, they’re tired. That’s why it’s cheap! I’m sure soon it will close for renovation and then it will cost more. Expect what you pay for. It was exceptionally cold when we were there and it was disappointing that Reception didn’t have any small heaters to borrow but they did offer lots of blankets which did the job! The food... As ever with all-inclusive (remember, you booked it because you’re on a budget!). If some people really come home every night to multiple dishes, freshly cooked then why the hell are you going on holiday. Yes, I’ve been to hotels with a better selection but really, if you couldn’t find something to eat, you really shouldn’t be travelling abroad... All the staff were friendly and helpful but remember, they are only staff and they don’t have magic wands! We don’t go on holiday to watch TV so can’t comment on that and yes, the modified shower curtains are hilarious but they do work! If you want budget, expect budget. The drink flows well so go and spend your time enjoying rather making yourself miserable highlighting every little issue. Otherwise, get your wallet out and splash the cash!

am currently on holiday at this hotel.still have a week to go.there have been 5 rooms in a week where guests have had money.and personal belongings stolen from their rooms.they were not broken onto.someone must have a of the breakings occurred whilst the occupant was can hire a safe at 4 euros a week.but not everything will fit in a safe. the rooms are in need of updating. as does the rest of the hotel.the food in restaurant is not good.the best meals are breakfast time.but the lunch and dinner menu is disgusting. my advice to anyone thinking of booking this hotel is don't. spend a bit more money on a decent one.hope this helps.

just returned today from this hotel pork every day food cold we had to hire a electric heater i drink white wine machine broke no entertainment beds omg could feel springs staff horrible didnt want to no about any complaints dont think they wanted to be there themselfes payd for wifi kept goin on and off payed for tv only 2 channels so dont bother rain poured in under our door right throo to bedroom and bathroom rain leaking throo bottom of windows most guests said they had same problem please stay else ware

Just back from a weekend in this hotel. Rooms are ok. Clean and basic. Bar again ok. Nice enough pool but the food was awful. To be fair was very cheap for all inclusive so didn't bother us going out to eat. One major problem the next room got robbed while we were there so if going be very careful keep your door and window closed and use the same precautions as back home. Would stay here again for the price.
