The hotel is tired and in need of updating if the photos on the website are to be believed. Only one bar pool side so never an opportunity to be served drinks in a glass in the evenings. The entertainment is non existent. The room only got cleaned when I complained it was not being cleaned. All inclusive means the only snacks available outside of meal times are cheese and ham sandwiches, no butter. No options or choices. Sun beds are all broken and uncomfortable. The pool side tables are so dirty and disgusting they must be a health hazard. Also on arrival many of us were shipped to a different hotel as they had over booked so not enough rooms. Unfortunately we were taken to a self catering hotel so we had to pay for our food and beverages and we did not get a room until the following day late afternoon. Would never return and would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

Rated as a 3 star, maybe in their dream, Would be lucky to get 1. Whole building needs refurb. Peeling paint and broken veneer common. Cleaning was superficial not thorough. Food was never hot, choice was very limited. Bar was a joke, from front of building walk through reception, walk past dining room, down 10 steps, through tunnel and up 8 steps to find a small, poorly lit, untidy area by the pool. Entertainment was bingo and some recorded music. Staff however were pleasant and helpful so get a 1 star.

Arrived late on first day due to flight delays still had to wait 3 hours to get into room on entering the room it was filthy small bugs crawling over cooker and sink unit blood in bathroom under the sink bath full of paint splatter the rooms are tired and in great need of update the food was barely edible we were all inclusive and were told snacks can be got from the bar only to be told by staff it wasn’t included drinks were ok beer was a constant flow so that was a plus. There are many sun beds scattered around the pool only 10% of them any good not very good access for disabled due to being steps everywhere I found Internet charged at 25 euros per gadget expensive tv 20 euros a week but packed up on the 3rd day although we did get refund. All in all poor accommodation that wasn’t cleaned throughout the stay even though should of been every two days poor food definitely won’t be staying again.

Me and my partner visited this hotel for a cheap holiday getaway, there were some things we didn't find great but as a 3 star you do get what you pay for, The beds are very uncomfortable to the point we ended up both sleeping on the sofa, No aircon in rooms which with their climate you would probably expect so we just slept with the balcony and windows open I feel if you pay for all inclusive for 7 days you should be entitled to it untill you leave, we arrived late on our first day there, so didn't have the chance to grab anything to eat, and on our last day we had to check out at 11, which meant we got breakfast at 9:30 however we were not allowed anymore food for the rest of the day and wernt getting picked up till 7 so we were starving till we got something for the plane in duty free Some staff look as if they don't want to be there The hotel is up a hill however it's only about a 10 minute walk from the harbour and it is beautiful ! And only 3 euro if you don't fancy a walk The pool was a lovely size for everyone to have fun in and had a lovely view of the sea and mountains :)

Rooms basic and in dire need of update. Food basic, air con non existent, sun loungers filthy and a majority broken, Tables by pool filthy. Pool extremely deep throughout apart from small kids partition. As long as the weather is hot and sunny it's ok.Entertainment extremely basic bingo Cats all around but at least they keep cockroaches at bay. (Only saw 3 all week) cleaning staff pleasant, Snack- ham and cheese sandwich only. Good news is taxi to main area only 4 euros where there's some good food places Treat the holiday as a basic bed and breakfast and you'll be fine. 😊

We stayed at the hotel last week for our last holiday before we get married next year. Our criteria for the holiday was cheap cheerful and relaxing, which is exactly what we got. We knew when Booking it was a 3* hotel so we didn’t expect a lot especially after reading the reviews on here. We arrived on the Saturday at around 12.30 we were luck that outlet room was ready, and it was a lovely apartment. (240) it was a sea view as requested with a lovely balcony area. Spacious living area and a cute little kitchen so you had the option to cook your own food if you wanted. The bed wasn’t the most comfy but it was somewhere to rest your head at night. The food was ok... I heard a lot of people complaining but I’m not really sure what they were expecting at a 3* resort? Breakfast had all options, English, cereals, pastries, bread, yoghurt, fruit, great variety. Lunch alternated between sausages and burgers with salads and a variety of other options. Dinner was different every night. We didn’t eat at the hotel every night as we met friends down in the town but it was good enough for the price. The pool and selection of drinks was goods, we were also there with the stag do, but they were all polite and really funny keeping a lot of people entertained!! The only complaint is the amount of broken sun beds! They were quite uncomfortable but once you put a lilo on top it was fine! Other people have commented about the taxi to the strip, it really was a bargain at 3 euros. Overall it was a great stay, and we will hopefully be back.

Haha this hotel is a joke honestly the staff don’t care about anyone in that hotel the food is so had people where taking there own food in that’s how bad it was they say they clean the hotel yeah okay it’s dirty old and needs shutting down for a good 6months to be re-done also the rooms big but the beds are terrible you no air condition in room if I was you I would pay that bit more an go else where if you like chips an fish your sound honestly if you like cold food your fine the bar shuts at 11 what a joke entertainment is terrible bingo an some music..... I find it hard how some people actually like this hotel the staff just don’t want to no it worry’s me how people can just walk in this hotel an not be asked anything..... beds by the pool are broke or uncomfortable so yeah hotel is terrible an would never come back again thanks again.

We arrived about 11am and our room was not ready but we were able to use the hotel facilities so we weren't bothered. Our apartment was MASSIVE! Very large sitting area with comfy sofa and dining table and chairs. Separate huge bedroom and nice bathroom. Flush a bit temperamental though. There was a fridge and various crockery and cutlery. No air con but by opening the windows throughout the apartment this created a nice breeze. We were in room 150 which overlooks the pool and the sea, I had emailed the hotel requesting a nice view so we were really happy with that. The pool area was fabulous, pool was gorgeous, and the bar staff were lovely and friendly. I do have issue with the millions of plastic cups that are used. Why not use paper? Easily recycled then. Cocktails were great and the measures are not watered down. Plenty of sun beds, some broken and they are stacked up into big piles and locked and not unlocked till gone 10 am! This I found really annoying because surely you've wasted valuable sunbathing time waiting for jet wash jerry to finish cleaning the area? Start a bit earlier love. Now the food I found to be really really nice. Reasonable amount of choice for a smallish hotel, chicken, fish, pork, vegetables, chips and desserts. All well cooked and tasty. We didn't eat in the hotel during the evening so cannot comment on that but breakfast and lunch were really good. The coffee machines were a bit hit and miss mind. I've stayed in loads of 3 star hotels and the food here has got to be one of the better ones. The hotel is situated on a massive hill and I kid you not it's 2 miles to the main strip. The walk down is lovely as you can see the sea and there's plenty of shops and restaurants on the way down to the old town. But if you want to find the strip it's a trek. Iit goes on and on and it is fabulous and worth the walk. We did give in and got a taxi back once but that was because we walked the whole length of the strip so justified. €4 Can recommend getting the number 3 bus to costa tegise - takes about 45 minutes and very pleasant as goes along the coast for much of the journey. We had a marvellous time and will definitely be visiting Lanzarote again but not the same hotel only because it's not central enough for me but that is the only reason.

We arrived at the hotel at around 10.20pm on the 28th September, we were greeted by a lovely lady on reception who quickly got us checked in, we were a little worried due to the reviews we had read but like every other holiday we have had we decided to make our own minds up! We stayed in room 153 which was next to the pool, it was very clean and although dated it was comfortable and I can not really complain. On our second night I did unfortunately trip over the step not far from our room as the lighting was poor. The hotel is right at the top of a massive hill, it's only a 10 minute walk into the town but definitely recommend a taxi back up at only 3 euros! The pool was a nice size, although a little too deep. The pool bar is the only bar but serves beer, wines, spirits and a selection of cocktails! Really enjoyed the drinks!! Unfortunately on our 2nd full day a very loud, Scottish stag do arrived and although I'm all for people having a lovely time, if I wanted the experience they brought then I'd have booked magaluf! Although this is not the hotels fault it Deffo took the relaxation out of three days of our holiday. Now for the part of the hotel that really lets it down... The food! I am vegetarian and accept that when going all inclusive there won't be a massive selection but there was practically nothing and What there was, was just bland and flavourless. We did eat out a few times and breakfast was definitely the best meal served there. Overall we had a good holiday and thought the hotel was fine, don't think it deserves some of the reviews it gets as if you want 5 star then you have to pay for it!

I was very worried before coming here because of the amount of bad reviews, these people giving a poor impression of the apartments are stuck up and look for something to complain about! I am still staying here at the apartment and have two more nights left, me and my partner booked b&b only as we like to go to eat different places on a night, HOWEVER sitting by the pool bar on the first day after buying quite a few drinks the barman 'Boby' suggested going all inclusive, so that's what we did, it was and extra €11 each a day, which in no amount! The breakfast is a really good choice you can have something different every day, and the same for lunch, we don't eat here on the night as like I say we like to get out and about. Yes the rooms are a bit dated and could do with a lick of paint, BUT the apartment is clean, the beds are ok, and the pool is lovely with the most amazing views of the mountains and the sea! Big shout out goes to the barman Boby, what a guy so friendly and let us know all great places to go he is a star ⭐️ All the staff here are great and do a fantastic job in making you have a great holiday 😊 we will be coming back next year, and will be making it two weeks! People who leave to unrealistic bad reviews need to get the sticks from up there butts and enjoy the holiday instead of finding faults! I can't wait to return 😊🌴😎
