First of all this hotel is in a beautiful area. Not much there but just a bus ride away is Puerto del Carmen which is great for a night out, The hotel is great for plane spotting being only a short car ride to the airport, no need for transfers, the food is good great selection of food at breakfast dinner and evening meal, A good selection of drinks, The alcohol isn’t strong but to be expected of all inclusive. There is a burger bar open three days a week Friday sat and sun a pizzeria and Chinese which you have to book, the foods ok. We had a room on first floor close to reception. A bit noisy in a morning but no complaints. Refurbished too! Lovely shower great sized balcony with partial sea and pool view. Entertainment team excellent mini club great! My lad went in most days. Overall we liked the hotel we wouldn’t go back but did enjoy it! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We have been going to this hotel twice a year for 10 years and the 3 dots are for the bar, restuarant, reception,waiting, chefs and cleaning staff. Minus 2 dots for the management. We were at the hotel 16 of us from different parts of Britain first week as I said was good a great laugh then without any notification from Thomas cook or the hotel management the large pool we had been using all week was closed down for a major refurbishment. Fine you might think yes we have another pool to use but when the real work started the noise the dust the paint fumes where horrendous we tried to find a space away from this but it was impossible the wind blew the dust and paint flakes over everyone and into the pool so wasn't very nice to swim in. We didn't know if anything they were doing or using was hazardous to anyone's health it didn't look to good as the workers were suited up and had goggles and breathing mask on, so we all went to the rep and she was useless so we asked to speak to the manager who on 2 occasions we were given a time to meet with him and on both occasions he never turned up, the second time there was at least 35 people or more waiting for him in reception and it did get a bit heated, so the management obviously don't care about repeat quests or new guests. There would not have been such a reaction to this problem if the management had notified the guests by putting up signs up in key places where the quests would have read them and been more prepared or the the travel companies had notified there quests or got the rep to put up notices. We know a hotel that is open all year has to do maintenance at some point, we have been there when other refurbishments have been going on and were told about this before traveling and were prepared for it so made other arrangements for the really bad days. This was supposed to be a relaxing time especially for my husband who is recovering from a stroke and with the help of the men in our group to get him in and out of the pool he was using it as physiotherapy. Don't think many of the complaining quest will be returning and I think our group will need to find another hotel to go to. It didn't help us that Thomas cook and the hotel had different stories about the refurbishment.

Great hotel, great staff, great food, easy striking distance from all amenities. Returning guests get extra special treatment, as the manager said, most places the customer is king, here, the returning guest is an emperor.

We spent a week of vacations in Lanzarote celebrating the new year 2018. Beatriz hotel is corresponding to 4 stars. First room proposed to us was not good but we have changed it to a better one explaining our complains. The ocean was a bit cold same as outdoor pool but we enjoyed sunbathing with +22 degrees all week. We appreciated a lot the spa & wellness center which is even exceeding the expectations of 4* hotel. The everyday food was ok but not always tasty, quite repetitive. But again we did not expect it as at 5*. Always fresh vegetables and fruits which is nice. New Years night was made greatly! Amazing dinner with seafood and wines. Champagne and great entertainment all night, we enjoyed a lot. A couple of times we visited a special breakfast in a pool bar which proposed a great variety of food. It was kindly proposed to us by one of the friendly staff we met named Marina. Negative experience was with Asian restaurant, don't go there, same as normal restaurant with smaller choice and not tasty Asian food. Burger and Italian we did not try.

Beatriz in Teguise 10 times better but bad location. But Matagorda Beatriz another story we had upgraded room which was excellent, bed was best we have had nice and comfy soft pillows, shower was excellent too so now your thinking what was bad its a lot of small points but main ones are food good choice but unless you get it just cooked its lukewarm at best and when your all inclusive you will be eating out a lot to get a hot meal,we even had breakfasts out even though they had english bacon and black pudding on it was not hot! now you thinking i will have an omelette No they don't do them !! first hotel we have seen that doesn't do omelettes! TV all english channels are news so on the odd night you get back early there is nothing to watch. This is a family hotel the animation team are excellent but there is to many kids running riot and as a couple its not good, pool area is large but you cannot get away from winging kids! Bar service is quick but what you get is not 4 star wife likes vodka & cocktails and we drank out a lot that's all i say ! Entertainment was good but due to kids and families arguing and nearly fighting we didn't want to stay in !

Hotel is in very nice location, close to the beach, food is very good (a lot to choose from), staff is very friendly and helpfull. My birthday is on 26th Dec and I didn't mentioned anything to anyone at the hotel. On the day, when we returned to our room after lunch, we found Happy Birthday card, bottle of champagne in an ice bucket and some fruits - nice surprise for sure. My wofe also tried SPA and she was very happy with it. So to sum up, we don't have anything to complain about ( there is a noise from landing planes, but it doesn't bother me)

Hotel very clean with good sized rooms. Wasn’t keen on the food in the main restaurant but you could put your name down for the B B Q Asian and pizzeria on certain nights. And breakfast in the poolside restaurant thurs fri sat and Sunday was very good. Once again you have to put your name down. Hotel in a good location near the airport but we didn’t find that a problem. Pool area good size with plenty of sun beds we had a problem with the larger pool being shut for ten days of our holiday. Nobody told us this was going to happen. Very dusty and obnoxious smells everybody moaning for ten days. This has been taken up with our tour company but I thought the hotel handled this badly. No one told us of this on check in and we got no apologies or explanations just left to get on with it.

Good relaxing holiday at Beatriz playa, i've found everything i need in this hotel from food to room and good entertainment ! The hotel is next to the beach and lovely walk to shops bar and restaurants, good activities during the day and lovely breakfast in the morning. We'll be back soon

Ihave quite a mixed review of my holiday lovely hotel lovely location lovely food, but the things that let this hotel down for my family are that when paying for WiFi , 20euros per week, it took hours to get connected and minutes to lose it again, and having 2 autistic children wifi is essential too help them have an easy transition, especially when any kids tv channels were all languages but English, I asked for the language to be changed having done this in other hotels only to be told that it wasn't possible, any tv's can be changed at the touch of a button, I do realize that these problems are particular to my family but hidden disabilities are just as challenging as visible ones and any help to ease the situation is extremely welcome, I do believe a four star hotel should provide free WiFi in all areas or at the very least accessible when being paid for, again apart from this we loved this hotel

Love this hotel rooms very spacious, cleanliness perfect, all the food breakfast buffet, lunch buffet , evening meal buffet are really good we booked for family & grandkids really good kids entertainment & good selection of drinks but needs an adult time only no where to escape to just for a quiet drink just for us to go to but then found good location great shops bars & eating places just a few 100 yrds along seafront recommendation 100% must 👍
