Electricity / water / heating included - 50 m from all shops open all year round: artisan baker / pastry chef / chocolate maker, fishmonger, oyster farmer, early fruit and vegetables, delicatessen-caterer, tobacco-press, pizzeria, seafood restaurants, market + Intermarket 1.5 km away (cheapest gasoline on the market). Ideal for a couple or a family with 1 child. Possibility to park in front without worries or inside. Sheets and towels included except during promotional period. Pets accepted by prior arrangement: € 10 extra.

idéalement situé ce petit chalet est d'un calme absolu ! Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances et avons pu faire le tour du bassin et de belles balades en vélo ! Céline est d'une bienveillance trÚs appréciable, le loueur de vélo également et la boulangerie à proximité le top ! les commerces essentiels et les petits restaurants tous prÚs sont à découvrir ainsi que leurs sympathiques gérants.Nous reviendrons si l'on peut c'est certain !

Excellent séjour !

Localisation idéale à deux pas de la plage, des restaurants et des commerces essentiels. Ce petit chalet à la décoration soignée est calme et trÚs bien équipé. Lanton n'est pas vraiment une station balnéaire mais nous avons beaucoup apprécié son authenticité. Un excellent séjour !

Séjour magnifique dans une belle région

Nous avons passé un séjour agréable dans cette maison typique du bassin. L'emplacement est idéal, tous les commerces sont à proximités (à 2 pas). Le temps magnifique nous a permis de profiter des extérieurs et Céline est trÚs arrangeante et réactive concernant l'heure d'arrivée. Les commerçants à proximité sont trÚs sympathiques. Beaucoup de balades à pieds depuis le logement sont possibles et c'est parfait lorsque l'on vient avec des chiens.

Gute Lage

Wir haben drei Wochen in diesem Haus verbracht. Die Lage ist toll, direkt am Hafen. Restaurant, BĂ€cker und ObsthĂ€ndler fußlĂ€ufig. Der Strand ist nur 150 m entfernt. Das GelĂ€nde ist komplett umzĂ€unt, fĂŒr Urlaub mit Hund also genau richtig. Bei der Ankunft war das haus gereinigt, aber es gab noch viele Spinnweben. Die Ausstattung ist OK, es gibt alles, was man braucht. Es gab wahnsinnig viele MĂŒcken in der Gegend. Ein Fliegengitter vor dem Schlafzimmer wĂ€re eine tolle ErgĂ€nzung gewesen. Der Strand ist sehr schön und man darf mit Hunden ĂŒberallhin.

TrĂšs bonne situation non loin de la plage. Restaurants et commerce Ă  proximitĂ©. PrĂ©vu de pour 2 personnes, je le cabanon est suffisamment grand et relativement bien Ă©quipĂ© pour que l'on s'y sente Ă  l'aise. Points nĂ©gatifs : L'Ă©tat de propretĂ© Ă©tait trĂšs moyen. Nous avons dĂ» nettoyer le mobilier extĂ©rieur ainsi que le dessus d'une Ă©tagĂšre sur laquelle Ă©tait rangĂ© un bbq grill Ă©lectrique. Lui-mĂȘme recouvert d'une belle couchĂ© de poussiĂšre. Une latte du lit Ă©tait cassĂ©e et la toile d'un transat commençait Ă  se dĂ©chirer. Un fauteuil du salon de jardin avait l'assise dĂ©foncĂ©s. Des mĂ©gots de cigarette traĂźnaient encore dans un cendrier. Nous en avons rĂ©fĂ©rĂ© Ă  la propriĂ©taire par mail. Celle derniĂšre Ă  Ă©tĂ© positivement rĂ©active. Autres point nĂ©gatif : le jardin mĂ©riterait un sĂ©rieux entretien ainsi que les peintures extĂ©rieures. Le prix demandĂ© n'est pas justifiĂ©
