Avec un jardin ombragé de 300m², vous pourrez profiter pleinement du soleil dans le salon de jardin mis à votre disposition. Une terrasse couverte exposée plein sud vous permettra une détente complète avec vue sur l'église du village.

4 bains de soleil une table de jardin 8 chaises d'extérieur un salon de jardin une plancha au gaz La location a une capacité d'accueil de 5 personnes. 2 chambres seront à votre disposition ainsi qu'un salon doté d'un canapé convertible de qualité (acheté en septembre 2021).
Dans la première chambre, un lit double avec deux tables de nuit de chaque coté. Vous aurez accès à un dressing proche du lit. Un petit bureau et une chaise sont également présents dans cette chambre.
La seconde chambre comporte un lit simple, un bureau et une chaise.
Pour finir, le salon. Vous pourrez retrouver un canapé convertible permettant à la location d'atteindre une capacité de 5 couchages. Ce canapé d'angle, convertible en lit en 5 secondes, vient d'etre installé en septembre 2021. Une télévision, une table basse, un grand dressing ainsi qu'une petite coiffeuse se trouvent également dans le salon.

Quiétude et bien-être dans l'authenticité de la villa Arcachonnaise.

Un week-end inoubliable dans cet hébergement qui a tout pour passer de bons moments. Très jolie maison de famille, fonctionnelle, entourée de verdure avec un intérieur propre et lumineux. Rien ne manque pour passer un excellent séjour à deux pas de l'océan, dans un endroit paisible et agréable. Mention particulière pour Patrick, son accueil chaleureux, sa disponibilité, sa gentillesse, ses bons conseils sur les lieux à visiter. Merci infiniment pour le cadeau de bienvenue. Je recommande vivement de venir dans la maison de Patrick pour y passer de belles vacances. excellent séjour

Gite ou on revient avec grand plaisir

Gite très propre, très bien situé et très calme. Surtout que ce gite accepte les animaux ce qui est assez rare. Nous avons déjà fait d autres gîtes et celui ci arrive en tête autant en qualité quand prix.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour , une maison à 200 M de la plage, rare son les propriétaires qui accepte les animaux. Notre chienne Priska ( Beauceronne) à beaucoup apprécié courir dans le jardin et sur la plage. Nous recommandons fortement cette location.
