Séjour agréable

Maison située idéalement, dans une allée à proximité du centre ville et du port ostréicole. Lieu très calme. Madame Bouthe est charmante et la maison très propre. Vous pouvez louer sans hésitation. Vous ne serez pas déçus.

Maison très propre et confortable en plein centre d'Andernos. Plage du bassin à proximité. Plage de l'océan à 15 minutes en voiture. Arcachon a 1 heure. Pleins de chose à voir et à faire

Bon séjour, logement tres bien situé, au calme, à 5 min à pied des commerces, cinéma, et du coeur de ville. Bonne base pour rayonner sur le bassin, le cap ferret, Bordeaux etc.. Martine nous a bien accueillie et s est montrée très discrète, contrairement à certains commentaires.

Schöne ruhige Unterkunft

Die Gastgeberin begrüßte uns sehr freundlich und führte uns herum. Das Haus war sehr sauber mit einer überdachten Terrasse und Gartenmöbel. Das Duschbad neben dem Schlafzimmer im oberen Geschoss war sehr praktisch. Die Sitzmöbel im Ess/Wohnbereich waren nicht sehr komfortabel. Problematisch für deutsche Gäste ist die fehlende Bettwäsche. Französische Bettdecken sind doppelt so groß wie deutsche Bettdecken. Handtücher & Geschirrtücher müssen mitgebracht werden. Das Haus liegt füsslaufig zum nächsten Supermarkt und das Ufer ist auch zu Fuß zu erreichen. Ein Foto vom Haus im Internet wäre wünschenswert

Maison plus agréable que la propriétaire

Rien à redire sur la localisation - La propreté de la maison est correcte, problèmes au niveau de l'évacuation de la douche et la baignoire dès le début du séjour (signalés à la propriétaire lors de notre départ, mais elle nous a fait comprendre que c'était de la faute de nos cheveux) L'accueil fut rapide mais semblait sympathique... Malheureusement, ma nièce qui habite près de Bordeaux à ramener sa voiture au bout de 3 jours (mercredi) pour nous éviter de faire un détour en repartant le dimanche. Sa voiture était garée depuis 10mn à peine devant la location et ne gênait pas, que mon téléphone sonnait déjà, et là j'ai eu une personne incorrecte, désagréable et ne m écoutant pas, et oui... 😡 on ne lui avait pas demandé son accord pour garer 2 véhicules (contrat pour 1, soit disant) et que dans l impasse on n'a pas le droit à plus de 2 véhicules par habitation. À savoir, ce qui n'est pas précisé dans l annonce, que Mme BOUTHE loge dans sa caravane qui est située juste à côté de son garage, derrière sa voiture personnelle (photos en ma possession). Il n'y avait aucun problème pour nous pour déplacer la voiture, mais il y a des façons de parler à des personnes civilisées. Ma nièce et ma sœur sont allées déplacer la voiture au bout de 10mn car on mangeait et là, Mme BOUTHE les attendaient et elle leurs a encore mal parlé et de façon agressive, elle n écoute pas les personnes et leurs explications. Pour passer un bon séjour, il vaut mieux ne pas rencontrer de problème, demander l autorisation à la propriétaire, aimer la proximité avec elle. Je ne recommande pas et c'est dommage car la localisation est top

Super séjour

Excellent séjour chez Martine. Lieu, maison, tout était parfait. Je tiens à rectifier le commentaire désobligeant mis sur la propriétaire. Aucunement envahissante, dispo si besoin. Si l'on ne respecte pas les conditions de location (5 personnes et un chien non précisé), il est tout à fait normal d'être mécontente. Allez y en toute confiance et vous ne serez pas déçu.

Maison top, propriétaire désagréable

La maison était bien placée et agréable à habiter. Les enfants avaient de l'espace et les équipements étaient top. Le seul défaut est la propriétaire très désagréable voir insultante essentiellement avec les enfants. Envahissante par ses venues à 8h du matin ou ses messages pour des remarques incohérentes. Malgré cela, nous avons pleinement profité de cette belle région !

Très bon séjour, emplacement top, propriétaire très accueillante

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par la propriétaire, qui a toujours répondu rapidement à nos questions. La maison est très bien située et très fonctionnelle, parfaite pour 4 personnes, avec une belle terrasse équipée de salon de jardin, parasol et store banne. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

Schönes Haus als Ausgangspunkt

Ein sehr sauberes Haus, zentral im Ort, aber ruhig gelegen. Küche sehr gut ausgestattet und in einwandfreiem Zustand. Die Vermieterin war immer ansprechbar und sehr, sehr sympathisch.

Magnifique appartement de vacances situé au centre

Chère Martine, nous avions une très belle maison de vacances, meublée avec amour. Le logement est situé dans une petite rue sans issue, mais très centrale et très calme. Vous êtes une propriétaire très amicale et courtoise, nous ne manquions de rien. La cuisine est parfaitement équipée. Étonnamment, ils nous ont même fourni un barbecue, bien qu'il n'ait pas été inclus dans l'offre. Merci beaucoup pour ces vacances relaxantes avec eux.
