Tiny room, path way were smelly, looks good from the outside, convenient location, walkable to train/ attractions. Staff were very helpful though.

The location, and the experience were superb. An absolute must if you are in the region and need a place to relax. The staff was super friendly, if I had any comments, it would be that the service staff at the pool "La Plage" could be a little more engaged in their attention. We sat there for quite some time until we had to walk to the bar to order something to drink. Not a big deal, but worth mentioning. I would highly recommend this chateau.

The hotel is next to the Polygone mall and next to place de la comedie . Very convenient to restaurants and shops .
the staff is excellent , courteous , and mainly Mr. Mehdi is very kind , professional , very helpful .
I highly recommend the hotel .

In general is good but some details yhat makes me feel not in a 4 star hotel. The room was not ready on time, there are no curtains so the sun enters into the room and it is a little bit far from the beach. However, it is a good price/benefit option
