Wir waren im Oktober 2025 schon einmal in der Wohnung und haben uns bei der Vermieterin über die unsaubere Toilette, die defekte Küchenbeleuchtung und den verdreckten Zustand der Küche beschwert. Ausserdem waren in der Dusche die Fugen verschimmelt und die Gardine im Wohnzimmer war nicht ordentlich befestigt.Wir haben die Mängel der Vermieterin mitgeteilt, Sie hat uns zugesichert diese zu beheben. Jetzt waren wir erneut in der Wohnung und es sind bis auf den Austausch der Fuge in der Dusche keinerlei Mängel beseitigt worden. Da der Toilettensitz inzwischen unzumutbar verdreckt war haben wir auf unsere Kosten einen neuen erworben und montiert. Zudem fehlt eine Verkleidung von Stromkabeln aus der Decke.Wir haben der Vermieterin erneut die Mängel mitgeteilt und um eine Übernahme der Kosten für den neuen Toilettensitz gebeten, dieses hat Sie abgelehnt mit der Begründung es wäre nicht mit Ihr abgesprochen gewesen und nach Ihrer Auffassung sei der alte Toilettensitz noch in einem akzeptablen Zustand gewesen.

Gepflegte Ferienwohnung im Harz

Eine Ferienwohnung zum Wohlfühlen. Herrliche Sonnenterasse mit Relaxcouch, Grosszügiges Wohnzimmer mit Couch und Essecke. Kleine aber praktisch Küchenzeile und Dusche mit WC. Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und Ohrensessel mit Hocker zum Lesen. Wir haben und sehr wohlgefühlt und empfehlen diese Fewo guten Gewissens weiter.
