What should I bring to a spa hotel?Firstly, check whether or not your spa hotel has a policy in regards to dress code. You'll most likely be supplied with a robe, slippers and a towel, but this isn't always so. Underneath, you should aim to be as comfortable as possible; sports pants, yoga bottoms, loose-fitting sweatshirts and T-shirts are often encouraged. Trainers and sports shoes are normally permitted, but confined to dry areas only. It's also smart to bring a spare bathing suit and a change of clothes with you.

Sleep Inn Wilmington near University
5/5 Excellent
"Great experience. I booked twice during my time in NC. Definitely will consider booking in the future. Rooms were comfortable. My only complaint was the breakfast was not what I expected, it was only continental bagel, fruit, waffle, cereal, and frozen microwaveable biscuit sandwiches. No hot breakfast."
