Lovely Home in the heart of Amish country

Welcome to our cozy guest house. Located in the middle of Amish country and minutes away from the village of Intercourse and kitchen kettle village. Within 10 miles of major attractions, dining and shopping. Dutch Wonderland, Sight & Sound Theater, Rockvale outlets and Tanger Outlets.
This is a ranch style home where everything is on one floor.
There is a master bedroom with a full private bath , 2 other bedrooms, the one has 2 twin beds and the other one a king size bed,and an additional full bathroom ,if you area light sleeper we have a sound machine in each bedroom to block out any noise, also a beautiful sunroom that has a pullout sofa and tv, and a family room with plenty of seating for everyone with a 48 inch tv for your entertainment.
Prepare delicious cooked meals in the fully equipped kitchen before gathering around the adjacent dining area for a fun family dinner...
There is a laundry room with a washer and dryer ,you will need to provide your own laundry soap. Also a built in ironing board.
Guests will also have access to a one car garage. there is a deck out back with a patio set and grill over looking a beautiful back yard.
We live in a beautiful neighborhood and have Amish living next door.Horse and buggies drive our road daily and you might possibly get to see them working in a field close by.
The house is surrounded by a big beautiful yard for you and your children to enjoy.
My husband and I live near by and would be happy to assist you in anyway.

Nicely decorated. Split bedroom style house which gives both couples more privacy. The master bedroom had a king size bed as well as one of the other bedrooms. This is so hard to find and was greatly appreciated. An attached garage to park our car. So close to Sight and Sound Theater as well as some of our favorite restaurants and shopping. We hope to stay here again in the future.

This was my second year straight staying here. It is a beautiful house in a great location. Everything we could have wanted was supplied to us. Wonderful property near Lancaster with easy access to all the places you'll want to visit while there! The house was immaculate and the hosts were fantastic! We're hoping to stay here again next year! We had our family of 6 adults and everyone enjoyed our stay. The only caveat is that you are on a major road with significant semi traffic. You will hear them in the early morning if you're a light sleeper. However, the house is very quiet inside and this did not detract from our trip. Just something to be aware of. We did enjoy watching the traffic, everything from semis to buggys and scooters from the covered front porch. Overall, I highly recommended this property.

Amish Experience

This was a lovely house. We had 2 couples staying at the house. There were 2 king size bedrooms. The beds were super comfortable.The house is equipped with everything we needed including shampoo, conditioner and body wash. We got to watch the Amish horse and buggies going by the house during the day. The house was near to Bird in Hand and Kitchen Kettle. Great shopping. Would definitely stay there again.

This was an incredibly immaculate home well loved and cared for. Every detail is considered and decorated with beautiful taste. It was large and wonderful for my family. We were out and about most of the time so we did not spend much time in the home except to sleep. The home is located conveniently to it all. There is a bit of road noise and they provide sound machines in every room which is well thought out. Our family felt very comfortable and safe in this lovely home.
