great location. the bathrooms needed some towel racks and no pictures that reminded one of tapeworms.

Nice hotel, easy access. Clean and great staff. Quiet and restaurants, shopping, gas, and antique shops near by.

No complaints. Clean and friendly. I highly recommend this place to anyone in the area.

efficient check-in, pleasant staff, close to access roads(turnpike)

Very good, clean, comfortable beds. The air conditioner loudly clicked on and off all night so it kept waking me and I'm a sound sleeper. Internet service was not very good in that area..

The hotel was clean. The staff was helpful in recommending a nearby diner that had excellent food. The breakfast was good. Checkout was easy.

Nice little hotel, big comfy room, pretty comfy mattress. Good hot breakfast until 10 am, very friendly and helpful staff.

Shopped at antique marts.Nothing missing except advertised restaurant and no indoor pool.Average stay. holiday Inn under refurbishment for transition to Comfort Inn.F.Y.I.: [...]did not offer senior rates. Had I reserved directly on Holiday Inn website, my room would have cost $1.00 less. Not a huge difference, certainly, but also not a good advertisement for your company.

Start with a late check in & wonderful staff. Good size room, clean, quiet, great bathroom & shower.

The hotel was wonderful! It was nice and clean and the staff was very friendly. It was close to all the main attractions and provided us with tons of information on things to do.

staff was friendly room was clean and very comfortable

We were in the area to visit relatives. Very conve nient to the places we wanted to go. uPON ARRIVING EE RECEIVED A CALL FROM THE FRONT DESK WELCOMING US TO THE HOTEL AND STATING IF WE NEEDED ANYTHING TO FEEL FREE TO CALL.

Checked in late no problem. Was close to everything we needed for the night and the next morning. Easy off and easy on the turnpike. Would stay there again.

I have stayed at several holiday inn properties all over the world and my experience in Denver was the worst. The front office staff was unwelcoming and not smiling and friendly. They were not forthcoming with information, we just received monosyllable answers most of the time except from Monique. We stayed aweek and every day seemed a burden.Housekeeping did not do a good job, they left ironing tables and irons standing, it seemed they came into the room to only make the beds and put new towels. The property is beautiful but dingy and dark in corridors. The rooms did not smell fresh and well cleaned.

The room was okay, but needed to be updated. It smelled very strongly of windex when we came in, but it was masking another musty smell. At least the windows opened--one of the benefits of an older hotel.

Nice location in PA. Did a lot of tourist traveling from crystal cave to Green dragon (huge outdoor flee market which is extremely close to hotel). Finally hit Hershey park and back to hotel. Very clean, big bathrooms and nice amenities such as extra chairs, AC/heater, small fridge, ice machine, reading lamp, alarm clock and TV with simple channel guide. Very quite place and relaxing. A gas station with a Turkey hill(7/11) less then half a block away which is very convenient.

I appreciated my stay at the Holiday Inn Lancaster County. I was on a business trip to the area. It was nice to easily find the Pennsylvania Turnpike and find my way back to the Harrisburg International Airport to make my way home. This hotel was a great resting place for me.

The facility was old with gaps between the ceiling molding and the wall. The bathroom was so small that you could wash your hands while on the toilet! Claustrophobic! We had dinner at the Holiday Inn and it was not very good. The first morning,we left early (around 8:30)and were gone until around 2:30 in the afternoon, and when we got back, nobody had done up our room. No fresh towels, no bed made. I had to call to get them to show up. It was frustrating as we were tired and looking forward to a rest in our room, but left to allow them to work on it. The doors to the back of the Inn were left unlocked all the time, which didn't seem very security-conscious. All in all, I would never recommend this place or stay there again.
