Horrible personal service. This is property is in a fast decline, which is sad. It used to be beautiful, and well run. The rooms smelled, and if you received a room with a functioning television you were lucky I talked to others, while at the ridiculous breakfast they supply. They, as well me, have been coming here for years, but will not be returning from this point forward.

While the bathroom was clean, and everything looked tidy, the sheets smelled of bo, like they hadn't been washed after the last guest, or several. Breakfast was a joke: the juice dispenser only spit out water and there was no hot food available. Ended up checking out a day early and did not receive a refund for my unused day since I prepaid. It was not a good experience.

The bedroom smells, pillow cases were not clean. Had to request for clean pillowcases to the front desk but still I sprayed perfume on it as it smells not washed with laundry soap,
I didnt like the mattress in room. It was too firm . Also there was no towels in the room.
Nice location for what we needed. Beds were great. Stayed 2 nights. The first night our room had a horrible smell coming from the sink, and the refrigerator motor made a knocking sound that bothered us all night. Next morning went to the front desk but there was a (will return soon) sign. Waited 25 minutes then left. Returned 10 minutes later still no help. Finally went back in the afternoon and was able to change rooms. After moving our belongings, we noticed that the shower was unusable due to the tub and shower surface was peeling badly. Tried 3rd room but it smelled like smoke. Finally the 4th room was just right.

Loved the historical character of this property. It can benefit from a thorough cleaning(bathroom, walls, blinds). Overall not bad for the price. The breakfast is very limited in what is offered. The areas is beautiful, serene and peaceful. Very close to a number of amenities.
This seems like a pretty old facility, perhaps a rebranded old motel. Doors weren't tight fitting, shower stall was cracked in multiple places, fridge made a high-pitched noise, floor ice maker leaks water all over the floor, bed was clean but mattress sagged really bad in the middle. Couldn't get the wireless printing to work, staff couldn't help. Grab n go breakfast was coffee, water, pieces of fruit, and yogurt. Overall, staff was fine, facility is clean. It was super cheap (my main criteria) so if comparing to a Motel 6 it isn't that bad but I guess I was expecting more. Maybe I haven't stayed in a lot of Clarion Inns but seems I've stayed in some good ones that are closer to a Hampton Inn...this is not one of those.
Their included breakfast was misleading. Showed a picture of a sit down restaurant on sight, but closed and offer continental in lobby.
Central location for visiting the Amish country. Ventilation fan in bathroom didn't work
The room was clean but in need of new matresses and bathroom needs improved calking. It advertised a free cooked breakfast, part of the reason we picked it, it was not . I have had better grab and go. No juice, food was terrible.
Very good and quiet place.
This is our favorite motel in the Lancaster area. The colonial image is very impressive and the rooms are clean and modern. The downside to this place is it is expensive to have a dog or two stay with you here. The motel is close to a lot of sites and good restaurants.
