They are trying, it looked alot better than in times past, they are remodeling. Room was clean liked the new flooring much better than the carpet. Bed was too hard for my liking, breakfast was ok not much to choose from eggs, overdone sausage and super hard potatoes, but a cute Amish waffle. Parking is good, I would stay again only problem I had is me and my husband stated 3 nights and only had 2 towels had to go down to the front desk each night and ask for clean ones, second night ask for 4 so I wouldn’t have ask the 3rd night and was told they couldn’t do that( they didn’t have enough towels for others if they gave me some for both days. Also there is no elevators just steps.

Overall it was great. Check in wasn’t the best because the person at the desk, was very difficult to understand with her accent. She was very nice but couldn’t understand her. I did get a chance to speak to the manager, I think, she was amazing. I unfortunately forgot her name, I know she used to live in Florida. I hope she should be complimented. But like I said overall the sty was great. We left early due to an upcoming blizzard in my area and wanted to get home before that.

The manager made me feel very uncomfortable the way she spoke to me. And breakfast you can't even call what they give breakfast first of all the eggs are made and they pan that was not washed from the previous day cuz you can see it's all crusty underneath the new eggs and there's no juice the sausage is raw and the pancake I mean I'm sorry the waffle mix holder is very dirty

The place was run down dirty. There was people smoking marijuana inside the building. The bed were uncomfortable. The staff couldn’t understand English. I do not recommend going there.

The check in was easy. Ash was very help and informed me that the tv was not working due to some service issues. I like that I was told this up front. The room was clean and big. The beds were comfy. The breakfast was eggs, sausage, bread, coffee, juice, and a waffle. I was surprised by this breakfast options. Parking was no issues. The staff was friendly. I would stay here again.

The lady at check in was more than nice. Unfortunately, the hotel room was filthy. The sheets were stained ans had physical dirt on them. We called and she apologized multiple times. She upgraded us to a suite and when we walked into that room the overwhelming smell of cigarette smoke hit you in the face. We decided not to stay, I’m very hopeful for a refund. The lady at the desk said she could not give me a refund that I would have to ask Expedia. Expedia reached out to the hotel and they said there was no one there that could authorize a refund. I’m hoping Expedia will make this right.
