We stay on an all inclusive 4 night mid week break during the half term holidays One word FABULOUSE Food amazing Service and staff excellent Sea view rob very nice Entertainment and Kids Club fantastic All this and great value Highly recommend

For many years have stayed regularly at another large sea front hotel in Blackpool but was disappointed on our last stay so tried the Cliffs.Very pleased with the change! Booked with Expedia and with an upgrade to sea view got 3 nights for 2 plus breakfast for £255, including free cancellation option.Granted , our window was probably the smallest in the hotel but we had no other issues and we could see the sea. Parking is free unlike most large Blackpool hotels and the "herringbone" parking gives you ample space.Checked in when we arrived at 12.00 but room ready as advertised for 2.00.Staff on reception and at breakfast were really friendly and efficient. Our room (330) was on the 3rd floor near the lift.Nicely decorated, clean and fresh and a good size with 2 easy chairs and decent size TV!Bathroom not huge but the shower over the bath was very good and plenty of hot water. Good choice of fruit etc and hot options for breakfast and regularly topped up. Nice small bar area and seperate entertainment room (which we didn't use as we like going out).Reasonable bar prices for a nightcap! Will definately be back.

Went Monday to Friday on all inclusive deal, Room was adequate nothing special. We thought the food was very good. Staff were pleasant. Some people get a lot better value from the all inclusive bar than we did. But depending on price may book again for next year. We have stayed at choice hotels previously some of the cabaret are same as last time and some are new. Usually 2 acts each night.

We first went to this hotel in March and have been back several times and going back in July...Amazing hotel, lovely and clean, food is Amazing,as are the staff!! We always opt for a sea view room which Is a beautiful view. Cannot wait to return, we have found a gem of a hotel here after visiting Blackpool for many years. Would well and truly recommend.

I have been to this hotel before and always found the service and food second to none. HOWEVER this time we were really disappointed, for starters we had a nineteen month old baby in a pram and were given a room on the third floor. That was a struggle not only being on a high floor the room was in the back of beyond. Food was a big let down used to be lovely had told all my family and friends how nice food was. This time food a a big let down. Staff on reception very rude will not be returning any time soon.

We went for a family Weekend and have been here previously. The food was delicious with lots of choice and the rooms were comfortable and clean. The staff were so obliging and helpful, a lovely bunch of people. We are coming again in the summer. Thank you for a fantastic stay.

I stayed at this hotel for the second year running over the May Day bank holiday and can not fault it. The food, service and cleanliness of the room was outstanding and all for £135 for three nights bed breakfast and evening meal which was £15 cheaper than I paid last year. Highly recommended.

On comparison to the other larger hotels in Blackpool I would say this is above average. For a one night stay we had a good sized room and decent size bathroom. Breakfast was ample. We didn't eat at the restaurant in the evening but we did eat in the snack bar in the afternoon which was very good and reasonably priced. Minimal parking so we parked in the street. The staff were friendly enough for a large hotel. So clean, spacious, adequate food, inexpensive and better 'value for money' than the likes of the other large hotels around. No entertainement on for the evening we stayed so can't comment on that. Oh and tram and bus stop right outside. Will be back to stay again

Haven't stayed for a couple of years as it was starting to look tired, however it looks like some decorating and re-carpeting has taken place. The hotel is warm and welcoming with great helpful staff from check in to check out. There is good entertainment on each night varying from a comedian to a singer which usually starts with a kids club. Bar prices are reasonable and when we stayed there was a beer deal and prosseco deal. The room we had was a side sea view which was comfortable and well maintained with usual extras, inc hairdryer, tea and coffee facilities. The bed was comfy and bathroom clean. The restaurant is lovely buffet style as is breakfast and is plentiful and lots of choice.

Food and accommodation high standard as usual. Athough we have stayed before we have never stayed in at night to sample the entertainment as it is cheaper to drink elsewhere. However this time it was all-inclusive and we were really impressed by the acts who performed. As an added bonus we had a couple of wins on the bingo which virtually covered the cost of our stay. Look forward to another all -in break at The Cliffs.
