Cozy cabin on Flower Round Lake. Approximately 1 hour west of Ottawa, this lake is quiet, surrounded by rugged hills and pristine forests. The original building from the 1920’s has been fully updated, featuring 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. With 2 Adirondack chairs on the dock, imagine sitting outside in the evenings, watching the moon rise over Blueberry Mountain. Very clean lake with great swimming and fishing.

Summer holiday

Upon our arrival we were warmly greeted by Taina and Frank. The cottage is located on a small lake therefore there is not a lot of boat traffic which allows for the quietness. The cottage is cozy and quaint and has everything you could possibly need. We especially enjoyed the evening fires and watching the moon rise over Blueberry Mountain. The fishing was excellent especially right off the dock. Canoes, kayaks and SUP are all available should you desire. Taina and Frank are such gracious hosts and we are so happy to have found this hidden gem. We look forward to returning!
