This family friendly cottage with large front/back yard is perfect to enjoy quality time with your favorite people, sips your morning coffee on the deck(s), play outside (basket ball, badminton, horsehoes, a few bikes, etc), have fun indoors (adult and kid board games, books, movies/TV), enjoy evenings around a campfire, explore nature (common birds around property: blue jays, blue herons, cardinals, etc.). It's a short 3.3km drive to gorgeous Port Franks Beach with famous sunsets; 15 minute drive to popular Grand Bend Beach; 10 minute drive to Ipperwash Beach; Short drive to Port Franks community Centre with playground, hiking trails; Less than 10 minute drive to Pinery Park for hiking trails during spring/summer/fall and snowshoeing & cross-country skiing in winter.
