Need a new cleaning and maintenance company
The pool was nice. Beds were comfortable. Communication with host was good. However, while fixing dinner the first night we noticed that several cups, bowls and utensils had food caked on them so we hand washed and then loaded the dishwasher with several dishes we knew we were going to use so they would be clean. There is a lot of roach droppings in all cabinets and drawers in kitchen. We wanted to take showers after swimming the first evening but all the white towels in the master bathroom were damp and smelled like mildew (like they were removed from the dryer way too soon) so we had to wash and dry all of them before using. The master shower head leaked as well as the faucet in the 2nd bathroom sink. There are weeds growing inside the lanai and in the gutters. Pool deck was black with dirt/mold. It would be a super cute house if it were maintained and cleaned properly. We just wanted a place to relax and enjoy after 7 months of dealing with husbands major medical issues but I felt like I spent majority of my time cleaning everything that should have already been cleaned before we arrived. You may want to look into a different cleaning company.
