Breakfast was OK, sausages were sitting in grease. If you had 2 people in a room you had to go to breakfast at the same time, they give you a slip. Not a fan of that since my son likes to eat at 6:30 am and I usually don't eat until about 8:30. Room needed some work, bathroom fan didn't work, tub needed some caulking. Had to call for stopper in sink since I wear contacts and didn't need to accidently drop one down the drain. Had to call and change fridge, that didn't work. She offered to change rooms but my sister was right across the hall. Other than that the cost was good and night front desk lady was really nice.

Check in was good. The building is old and outdated. The carpet is gross. It feels dirty and old in here. I probably won’t stay again. They make you pay $100 deposit for what? Because this place is really a dump. There is nothing I would want to take from this room and I doubt I will sleep well or get very much rest.

Well, the guy at check in was in different to whether I was there or not. Everywhere they they used heavy perfumes to cover up the moldy smells. My shower the hose leaks so much that barely any water came out of the nozzle. I called down and nobody answered. So I did the best I could I walked out of the shower sat on my bed was getting ready to put some socks on and my feet had turned black just from walking to the shower to my bed. So your carpets are filthy. The carpets in the hallway were filthy. I went down to get a cup of coffee and all they had was sugar out. So I asked the lady that worked there and the breakfast area for some Sweet and Low. She couldn't speak a word of English. I don't mind giving people hands up but they got to learn how to talk the American language. So I told that Clerk what I needed but he couldn't get out of the chair or did he even care. So I went up to my room found a coffee pot that was provided looked at the package that they had and found Sweet and Low there. I took it down to show the lady and she still didn't understand what I was talking about even though she had a picture of the pink package in front of her face. I will never never stay at any Hotel associated with Wyndham ever again. I will tell all my friends it's best they just camp out next to a pile of dog **** and go into a La Quinta. Have a good day
