I arrived late around midnight and nobody was at the desk which is fine. They had warned me since I was checking in late to call or bush the bell. Well the bell was broken so I called and it took a few minutes for someone to come answer. No biggie. Checked into the room and on first appearance it seemed fine and clean. Had newer looking wood flooring which I liked rather than old carpet. The gross factor came in the bathroom. The walls were gross looking with things on them. Like brown marks that looked like poop smears. They weren’t large but one right behind the toilet paper roll made me cringe. There were multiple on the walls and all you had to do was sit long enough to pee and you would see the nastiness around you. Also my husband said he saw black mold in the bathroom. The sink wouldn’t drain and would fill almost all the way up while trying to wash your hands. Went to breakfast and was sorely disappointed we walked over to McDonald’s. The fridge had a sign that said waffles. Opened it and there was a bowl of eggo waffles floppy and uncovered just chilling there and that was basically the breakfast. Staff was kind when we spoke with them but overall glad we didnt have to stay longer.

First room we got was settling in to find out tv wouldn’t work! Staff on duty tried but was unsuccessful then she moved us to another room where she said everything worked! Once again tv did not function properly even had to unplug it to shut it off, no volume couldn’t change channels and on/off would not work on remote .. Also Room was even more outdated then the first no smoke detector and this is on the second floor would think that’s surely a violation of some sort. Will not be staying here again..

They are doing some remodeling, so the clutter and the debris is expected. The rooms still need some attention. Walls are dirty and stained. I’ve stayed twice in the past month and overall, it’s ok.

The heater was not working during a very cold night. I woke up in the middle of the night and I needed the heat on and it was not working. The shower didn’t have a curtain on the bath top. The room was not so clean. I complained to the receptionist that she promised to have the manager talk to me which he never did.

Staff was friendly and check in went well. Room was clean but even after remodel bath is dated. Tub has rust around drain. Remodel still in progress so breakfast very limited. I would pass this one by.

The property is under renovation to a Wyndham. Our room was such a combo of old and new. The towels need upgrading badly!! So small and thin and quality poor. The staff pleasant and beds fresh. No safety concerns. The price should reflect until upgrades completed. McDonald's next door is convenient.

Easy access is the best part of this hotel. The room wasn't clean nor did it smell good. I was too grossed out to shower, but it was the only option for 2 hours in the direction that we were going. Woke up to a "Continental" breakfast which included sliced bread, a toaster and some jam. Overall, it's the second worst hotel experience I've ever had.

The door peep hole had toilet paper stuffed in the hole so no one would look thru. The door chain had been ripped off several times and was barely attached. However, the bed quality was great.
