Hotel rooms was very clean. Lobby area is awesome and they set up movie days for everyone in the hotel.

Well kept, comfortable, roomy, friendly Nice pool and spa

We stayed here for 3 nights. Nice hotel, close to restaurants and shopping downtown. The hotel was recently renovated and the pool and hot tub was still under construction so we didn't get to use them. I believe it they will be opening soon. The room was clean and comfortable with a jacuzzi tub. The staff was nice and helpful. The parking is strictly valet. I would have preferred self Park as we go out often. Other than that, everything was great.

The room was fairly mediocre. The giant jetted tub in the room is the attraction for me. I stayed here 2 years ago and the tub was great. I stayed here 2 months ago and the tubs were not operable "due to the drought" in California. This recent stay the tubs were still not operational. They said they are planning on remodeling in the future. I don't see what this has to do with the jets not being operational until they remodel. They also have not advertised the shutdown of the jetted tubs nor said anything at booking or check in. Disappointing!

Our family of 4 stayed for Heavenly's closing weekend. It turned out the California side lifts were closed and we had to drive to the gondola to get on mountain. Still, we didn't mind. The hotel and room were extremely clean. Cleaner than expected, in fact. The valet-parking only system was fine because the staff were fast and efficient. The kitchenette was great for our family since we didn't have to eat out for every single meal. It was disappointing though, that there were no supplies in the kitchenette. Not a single dish, plate, mug or flatware. No dishsoap. Not even a paper towel. We got by on Rubbermaid bowls and plastic spoons that I brought along 'just on case.' Had we not had those, the kitchenette would have been useless. I guess we would have called front desk for supplies.(?) There was a coffee maker but only one serving of coffee for the weekend. The jets in the huge jetted tub, which our 6 and 7 year olds were excited about, did not work. Also disappointing after taking 30 minutes to fill it up. There were plenty of towels though, and the suite was roomy enough for 4. The layout was perfect. Those pluses made the stay good for the price, which was low due to end of/after season. We might stay again but prob. not during peak season/pricing. Oh, housekeeping service comes only every few days. We were ok for the weekend but had we stayed another day we would have needed service, which would not have come. For a fee, apparently you can request it.

A great room, great location, and friendly staff contributed to a fun and relaxing trip to the snow!

Staff was wonderful in every way. The room was very spacious, much more than I expected. Incredible bargain at the price we paid (We were off-season)

The room was average in cleanliness and comfort. It is valet parking only. I would get in my truck and the mirrors and seat would all be altered. One of the valets seemed to be a bit under the influence. I gave him my keys and walked into the hotel. He came inside asking me for my keys again. I told him, I gave them to him and he found them in his pocket. The valets, for some reason, wear alot of cheap cologne, so when you get in your vehicle it's wreaking. The rooms jet tub was shut off due to the drought situation. I would have liked to of known that before I booked my 4 day stay.

Need sign and better communication when disconnecting in room spas... We filled out spa all the way up which took 45 min... Called front desk to ask why spa not coming on and they said they were disconnect...

The hotel is well located, close by the casinos, beach, golf course, stores, the staff is kind and welcoming, our room was awesome.

The location was perfect for our friends wedding. We literally walked out of the hotel and to the chair lift to attend the wedding. The kids loved the room!

Hot tub and fireplace was perfect after a long drive and snow activities. The room was facing the mountains and provided great view of the gondolas and skis going up the heavenly. Microwave and small refrigerator in the room is a great amenity to have with small kids

we had everything that we need and hot tub experience was excellent

Clean and comfortable. Had a great time. Would recommend this hotel to friends and family.

will go again and again and again and again and again and again and again (is text still too short?) :-)

My fiancé and I spent a 3-day weekend in Tahoe in August and stayed at the Tahoe Seasons Resort. The room was very large, a suite actually, with a sitting room, kitchenette, bedroom with fireplace, and a bathroom with a huge jacuzzi tub. We appreciated all these fantastic amenities in the room. Although we didn't have a chance to use them, there is also an outdoor pool and rooftop tennis court. The resort was not crowded at all and the valet parking crew was fast and efficient. It was quiet and peaceful to be a short way off the main strip. This hotel is definitely a good value for the price. We will stay here again on our next visit!

I was in town visiting family. Most of the staff was friendly. Those at the front desk could use some manners. Rooms are nice but the jacuzzi tub smack in the middle of the room is wasted space.

Very nice, great location, I'm impressed. Last-minute booking for New Year eve for under $200 - I thought I was getting just a room, instead got a spacious suite with a jacuzzi, fireplace etc. Most people call this a perfect stay. For a perfectionist like myself -- there were a few annoyances: they didn't have any restaurant/bars open at 3pm nor at 1am, they didn't have ice machine on the floor, the staff couldn't unlock the piano (most places do if you tell them you are a professional pianist), and when I asked to walk to my car, the garage was smelly/dirty (but I really didn't have to, they have free valet, I just didn't want to wait).

The whole experience was awesome the poeple were friendly and bent over backwards to help and make the stay wonderful. Only one set back we felt was poor and that was valet parking. They took a few tickets, ours being first and brought our car out last and another time they lost our car. The guy in the middle of the night was the best he was friendly and got our car promptly and when we left it was okay other than that we tried to park on street as not to have any problems.
