wifi could be better. hard time finding good connection in my room

Upon arrival, we were weary of the empty parking lot and were confused to discover the office was locked and there was nobody around. We were also looking forward to using the pool which apparently is under maintenance. Lastly, we booked our reservation here with the understanding that they offered a discount on lift tickets for Diamond Peak, which they knew nothing about.

Would happily stay again. The only issue was very flaky wifi. Past that, the stay was great. Thank you!

Plow truck was sitting in the driveway not clearing out the snow. made it difficult for parking and moving around

It’s very old motel. The first room we were didn’t have a working heater, they a plug-in hear which couldn’t compete with freezing weather outside and the door had a gap in floor area which let out most of the heat.

Very clean and cozy . Coffee maker did not work, otherwise it was great!

Great location, clean room but facilities need upgrade!

no air conditioning, the television did not work. I've stayed there a few times, they use to have a small breakfast, but that too was no longer available.

comfy, cozy and worth the stay! Perfect for a quick getaway

Very nice and clean hotel in a good location for our visit to Incline Village

Enjoyable! Got a room close to break room so it was convenient for breakfast and supper.

Stayed here before and it was charming but there were many unfavorable changes this last time. 1. Bathroom was not as clean. Old dingy shower curtain caused water to go right through and flooded the floor of the bathroom. Called the front desk and they took care of it same night but i was not happy to have had that experience. 2. No longer have shampoo and body wash dispensers but tiny bottles of shampoo that were never replenished and left your hair horribly dry. Thank goodness i brought my own conditioner! 3. No longer have breakfast room. Used to have a small breakfast which was nice. Now we may have to consider staying in an airbnb so we can make our own breakfast. We left one night early even though we lost out on some money.

Very decent accommodation for its price. Short ride to Diamond Peak. Would have been better if they can replenish hot water more frequently or have add'l flask in the common kitchen

Clean and nice for the price. Don't be mislead, they do NOT offer any sort of breakfast or continental breakfast anymore.

Room was clean and comfortable, though the beds were not memory foam as advertised. Breakfast was standard with coffee, yogurt, cereal, instant oatmeal and waffle maker.

The staff were quite helpful and friendly during my stay. My room was clean and larger than I expected. Everything was in working order in the room, and I even saw maintenance working on cosmetic items during my stay. Keep in mind this is a no frills budget accommodation, and you won't be disappointed.

Great location, 5 minutes from everything and easy access. New furniture in rooms and the staff were very accommodating

We would like to first thank you for taking the time to comment on our operation. We are sorry that apparently we failed to meet your expectations. The front office is open until 10pm but we have a Resident Mgr that lives on property and handles any after hours matters. I’m not sure about the date of your stay but Diamond Peak has been closed for the season. We have offered discount coupons in the the past but have not for the past two seasons. I’m not sure you obtained this information but again apologize for the confusion. The pool is undergoing annual maintenance and you should have been advised of this. Thank you again, we will continue our efforts to meet and exceed your expectations in the future.
