Stayed for one night and booked the hotel last minute. No surprises and liked the location and indoor pool. Kids enjoyed it. it is nearby to Diamond peak skiing resort, incline village beach and some good restaurants. Following can be improved : 1. Shower head is bit weird. Water spreads out. Please fix it 2. Complementary breakfast is very good idea. I wish, there were eggs included in breakfast (like scrambled egg).

Nice hotel quiet excellent location friendly staff

Spacious room, comfortable beds. Room not at all cold as some others have written, it was ready to go when we arrived.

Check in was a breeze and we were pleasantly surprised to check in to a nice spacious and clean room. The bathroom was also very clean and nice. The heater was working perfectly and the bed was very comfortable. The only bad thing about this stay was the shower in the bathroom. The shower head was very weird and they need to replace the shower head with a better one that doesn't have sprayers spread out all over. The pressure of the water is great but just the head needs to be one with more sprayers and a bit closer.

We've come here 2 winters and plan for more. Rooms are clean, reasonably priced (even during school breaks) and so close to sledding, skiing, groceries, coffee and the lake. We were able to check in a little early since the room was ready, which was much appreciated. Staff was very nice - breakfast room is great and pool and sauna are fantastic for winding down in the evening. No hot tub (looks like there used to be one though). We're not fancy people - we just need a clean and convenient room for our family of 4. Love it here!

We really enjoined our staying at this hotel. It is conveniently located close to Diamond Peak ski resort. It offer a decent breakfast very helpful when you want to get start your day with two little kids. My kids love the shared area including the heated pool. We brought 2 more family friends with us and we all had a good time.

Wifi reception could use an upgrade, my phone would only get one bar in room

The room was large and decorated in a mountain theme. It was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful.

We were there for a beach wedding with dinner at Gar woods Grill in Carnelian Bay. Everything was within 10 miles of Parkside. One complete wall in our room was two full sliding glass windows that opened up to a balcony and the forest. It was a quiet and rest-full.

Unexpected all night noise coming thru with people walking back and forth. Old bldg equals thin floors and walls. Mediocre breakfast.

Hotel staff great! Room smelled like cat urine and paint which was nauseating the whole two nights we were there. Just kept the slider door open which was nice because it opened to a small balcony and we got fresh air unless someone was smoking cigarettes outside-ugh. There is only one entrance and exit to this hotel and technically you are not allowed to turn left onto Tahoe Blvd or left into the hotel driveway... This makes a difficult and dangerous entrance and exit. Also the continental breakfast was a carb fest with yogurt and bananas and stale fruit salad.

This hotel is within a 10-15 minute walk from the lake. It is very clean and the staff is very friendly. It has all you need for the price. The Hyatt casino is close by. Also great Chinese food restaurant is within a 5 minute walk. Bus stop to state line is within a 2 minute walk. Great continental breakfast! Would stay here again.

Enjoyed it's convenient location, and the coziness of the room. Pleasant.

As expected, breakfast could be earlier andddddddddddddd

Parkside Inn is located in pricey Incline Village near north Lake Tahoe, and is fine for families wanting to experience the beauty of this area without the cost of a luxury hotel. Staff were friendly.

Beautiful hardwood floor rooms, basic breakfast offered, and the indoor heated pool and sauna are worth the stay by themselves. Great spot to stay for skiing at diamond peak. Will definitely be back!

Awesome hotel. Friendly service at front desk. Super clean and spacious room. A lot of wood. Felt like being in a cabin in the woods. Comfy bed. Modern TV. Peaceful atmosphere. Nice location near Diamond Peak ski and snowboard. Also very close to casino at Hyatt. Breakfast average, just coffee, bagels, and cereal, not a big deal. Overall, great value and experience!

Close to everything, nice staff, clean, definitely a great deal!

below average accomodations, dark and cold. floor was uneven

This is the place I always go when I snowboarding in Tahoe.
