Overall, property was nice but could use some updates. Coffee maker did not work and BBQ was filthy, covered in cobwebs, and did not have any propane in the tank. Showers had great water pressure and all beds were very comfortable (we did not use the couch pull-out.) Unit appeared to have been cleaned before our arrival but the floors were filthy and the bottoms of all of our feet were black within 5 minutes of entering the condo. This was not very comforting during a viral pandemic, as we assumed the unit would have been deep cleaned and fully sanitized before our arrival. Rec Center amenities were nice and pool lifeguards were attentive, friendly, helpful, and all wearing face coverings. ** Be aware that you must make a reservation online with NPOA a week in advance to use the swimming pool or gym! **
