Wonderful location for ski and Lake Tahoe access, 2 minutes walking to the Heavenly Gondola, vey convenient. Clean room and comfortable beds.

No Water

We awoke to there being no water in our room. After waiting 30 minutes we had to leave and could not shower or get ready. Apparently the hotel was doing a scheduled plumbing improvement. This room should not have been rented, or at least we should have been informed so we could have chosen to stay somewhere else.

This property is mis-rated hotels.com. The stars should be less for quality of property. The walls are very thin, the beds are very uncomfortable. Bring your own pillow if you don’t want to sleep on a very flat pillow. The refrigerator was so loud and the bathroom was all patched up. It is a very old property, very basic motel. Pool and hot tub are currently closed. The only thing going for this place is the location, walking distance to everything.

The service was exceptional. We were able to walk from our room to the Heavenly gondola. There were plenty of food options nearby and plenty of equipment rental stores nearby.
