Room was not clean, carpet smelled a bit but staff addressed it. offered another room as well, staff is excellent!

Close to the beach and to Heavenly Square. Free beach access pass for up to 6 people was a nice touch.

Fantastic location. Walking distance even to everything. Nice staff. Large room. Clean. Not luxurious, but who goes to Tahoe to sit in a hotel room? Can't beat the price. I'd stay here again.

This property was chosen for its proximity to the gondola and downtown as well as value The check in was seamless and the first floor room location was great. We were able to park in front of the room which made gear access easy. We visited other resorts, but on the days that we stayed at Heavenly, the ability to put on ski boots in the room, grab the skis and walk to the lift was primo. The room was of standard quality with comfortable beds as well as micro, fridge, and coffee maker. It was appropriately cleaned daily. Do not rely on the "continental breakfast." I travel a bit, and this one is the lamest, and I don't ask for much. The options consist of instant cereal (with hot water, no micro), fruit, and bagels (with only cream cheese).

Great location and price for being around the corner from the casinos. Walls seem thin though and there's no closets. Just a lot of noise from the second floor but it was around Nye. wasn't a big deal but it would have been nice not to be woken up at 6 a.m. each day from noise above.

Large room on the backside of hotel. Management and front desk staff are always friendly and helpful.

ok hotel. If you are getting it for a deal then good. The facility is dated though. Clean premises. Breakfast is there, just bagels, cereals, apples oranges and coffee/tea/orange juice. They keep filling up everything as they get over. breakfast area is small, but didnt feel crowded.

Pillows were too big for my liking . i prefer a smaller pillow.

Hotel was near everything, bed was comfy, there was a pool and hot tub.

Wonderful experience! Would definitely do it again

It was a clean, nice hotel. I was not happy with the door not completely locking.

The location was great, we were able to walk just about everywhere we wanted to go. The room wasn't anything special but a great value for the price. The room and linens were very clean... the bathroom smelled like it had just been bleached. The staff wasn't the most helpful, we arrived late and nobody was in the office until I called and the staff person assured me they had been there the whole time. Also, housekeeping did not clean our room and refresh our towels the first morning (though we did leave the room at 2pm) also, they walked in on us at 9:30am as we were yelling for them to not come in (our room placard saying do not disturb was knocked of the door from the wind). All in all a good experience, but you definitely get what you pay for!

Location is good for walking around south shore. The beach pass was an added bonus, but the beach was very overcrowded. Friendly staff. Clean but dated room. A good deal for the price we paid on a weekend.

I had a great time and will definitely be returning! I took my grandkids for the first tim and they loved it. Hotel was clean, friendly staff, overall great experience. My family and I went down near the beach to see the seals and take the tour of the Hurst Castle. Very pleased with my stay.

This is a nice, non chain operated, property located within walking distance of casinos, shops, and restaurants. Beautiful scenery all around, with easy access to everything. Nice staff, clean pool, good continental breakfast

This motel is in a great location. Great staff, clean rooms. Recently renovated. A very nice place to stay for the low cost.

The staff were very nice and friendly even I arrived a little bit late. The location is perfect!

Room was neat n clean and location is perfect. Only bad part was 2 staff members. Not very courteous and welcoming. I expected them to have a smile but few members behaved like we are not welcomed. I dont want to take names of those members. Rest everything was fine.

This place is tough to beat location and value for money wise. Stayed there couple of nights while visiting Tahoe for my photography :). In these trips I merely spend the night at the hotel, so I don't go for expensive places. I just needed a clean, quiet place in a convenient location. This hotel is perfect for that.
