Great Nostalgic Place

We stayed in Room 12 and it was great! Large room, sliding door, and room for a full sofa. Loved that when I told them we needed two keys, they handed me two real keys! It’s an older nostalgic motel, but we loved it and would stay there again!

Older but clean motel. Rooms could be updated but beds comfortable. Breakfast was packaged muffins, bagels, waffles. So not a nice breakfast. Ok place to stay for the price in Lake Placid.

Bedbugs

I would caution against staying in this hotel. One night stay room 15 woke up in the morning with numbers of bites around both legs, lower extremities feet, consistent with bedbugs. Contacted the hotel and felt that the right thing was to do was to cop the room, but instead they tried to negotiate, asking me what I would like them to do.
