Family friendly cottage five minutes from the small town of Dorset. Relax and enjoy the hot tub with great views of the lake. Dorset general store is a 5 min drive providing amenities such as waterfront restaurant,LCBO and Pizza take out. We are Pet friendly just ask all pet owners to be responsible. Rain or shine we have amenities for all weather. relax on our dock or decks. Canoe, paddle boat and kayak for use at your own risk. Internet, Satellite TV, Netflix, Disney, TSN. Pool table video games and more. We are situated in a Cove ,our water at the dock is shallow with Lilly pads but we have a great raft for swimming a short distance from the dock. A Nature lovers paradise, turtles, fish, frogs and an abundance of wildlife to enjoy. There is a waterfall a short kayak ride away and for the more adventurous we are situated on the black river route portage. Fully equipped kitchen, outside dinning and BBQ. Drop your bag and enjoy life at its best.

Well stocked cottage with a lot of entertainment in addition to the beautiful lakes and water trails. Had loads of fun on kayak adventures with our two boys. Caught plenty of fish. Enjoyed the outdoor living space, grill, and hot tub. Was a bit surprised that no linens were provided as I overlooked this when booking. Be sure to pack sheets and towels!

Beautiful cottage great views it was perfect for our family and dogs. The property was neat clean well appointed everything worked properly and it was just beautiful. Will happily come back and rent again highly recommended.

Winter retreat

Stayed between Christmas and new year. Lots to at cottage. The pool table video games, tv, hot tub, board games kept us busy and active. The cottage has such a rustic charm with the details in the lower level. Would definitely be the place to be especially in the summer with the open deck. Kitchen is well appointed and has everything you need. There wasn’t a coffee maker but a Kuerig machine available. Water quality is very good. Cottage owner Deb was very responsive and answered our questions very quickly. Just to note that we didn’t receive the directions To cottage within The app but Deb provided then as soon as I requested them. The details on the app show that the bedroom with bunk beds show having 2 double beds 1 single and a bunk bed as 5 beds, when there are 4 beds. One double bed is a bunk bed with single on top. The baseboards in lower level did not work but there is a fireplace. The bedroom in lower level has 3 piece bathroom inside the bedroom. When we were there there was a smell from septic tank, needed to flush toilet to reduce odour.
