Digital Nomads and Family. Lakeshore Cottage on Rebecca Lake Muskoka

First time renting our cottage on VRBO. A pebble’s throw from the shore of Secluded Hutcheson Bay, Rebecca Lake, 20 minutes north of Huntsville. Weekly Sat-Sat rental. Whole Cottage, wifi, canoe and rowboat. Our family built Merrymeet in 1949 and spent summers in it until we built our own cottages in Hutcheson Bay. Have coffee on the spacious lakeside deck, listen to hummingbirds and dragonflies thrum, while loons call to each other in the bay. You’re welcome to bring your own 9.5 motor to attach to the rowboat. Digital Nomads Welcome! STARLINK INTERNET INCLUDED

NOTE: please bring your own linens and towels

Swim out to your raft, enjoy the loon calls from your private dock. BBQ, electric heat, working fireplace and plenty of wood. Fully equipped Kitchen, laundry facilities and large fridge with freezer. Accessed by beautiful laneway, away from busy highways. Bass and lake trout sports fishing. Swimming. Bring your paddle boards and floaties! Plenty of trails to ride bikes and hike.
The cottage is heated and features a kitchen and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Guests can expect to find free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fireplace, and a coffee maker.

A little piece of heaven

We had a relaxing time at the cottage. The cottage was perfect for my family of adults. We loved the fact that it was cottage and not a renovated place that is more like a house. Everything was in great condition despite its age! We spent the week swimming, canoeing, biking and hiking. We made a day trip to Algonquin park which was only about 30 minutes away and hiked some more! The hosts are lovely and we definitely plan to book again!
