Clean room. No coffee machines in room now but coffee is available 24 hours from fancy grind and brew machine in breakfast serving area on first floor. Coffee surprisingly good! Breakfast more than expected, including those delicious mini cinnamon buns!

Room 323 had a bed bug infestation. I was bitten all over my face, shoulder, and arm. I had to leave immediately and throw away all of my belongings, since bed bugs are invasive pests and cause irritating, painful, and burning insect bites. I have lost about $710.00 of personal belongings and the hotel room was nowhere near that amount. No one has issued the refund. No one has contacted me about the injury and damages. Just silence. Not only am I disappointed in the vustomer care, my face and left side of my arm is inflamed because of an allergic reaction to the bites. Someone needs to contact me ASAP about my refund, and pest control/pesticides need to be administered immediately in that structure.
