You'll find a CLEAN pool upon your arrival. Just ask and it can be heated (guests pay for heating costs) At night, turn off all lights and enjoy a night of star gazing (which is phenomenal on moonless nights!) We provide THICK comfy cushions on all our outdoor lounging chairs and there is plenty of shade on HOT summer days and also plenty of pool decking for those who enjoy taking in the sun. Very quiet neighborhood, NO traffic noise.

Only 7 min drive to the London Bridge & located just 5 min from popular Windsor Beach & launch ramp. Plenty of room to park your boat and/or wave-runners. Plus gated/secure boat parking (upon request). Located on cul-de-sac quiet street.

*Pool has a SOLAR cover (with easy roll ON/OFF reel) which cuts heating cost in half! Using the solar cover will heat the pool 10-12 degrees, so the heater is not required most months of the year. Our pool is heated with NATURAL GAS (which costs MUCH less than propane gas). Only 20% of homes in Havasu offer natural gas - this saves you $$$ Renters are responsible for pool heating costs. Average daily cost to heat pool in Winter is $10-12/day. Early Spring & late Fall $5-7/day. Summer $0. You can heat the pool part of your stay or entire stay.

NOTE: $129 cleaning fee included in quote is for up to 4 guests for up to one week stay. * Cleaning fee is higher for longer stays and for monthly stays (and if more than 4 people using the property including visitors).

MONTHLY rate is $75/more per person when more than 2 guests are staying January thru March. So 4 guests (instead of 2) will cost $150 more than quoted amount on VRBO's quote.

Only guests listed on the reservation are allowed to use property & pool. Additional people need to be APPROVED & there may be an additional fee (please let us know if you plan on having more people at the house when you inquire).
