South Lake Havasu Pool Home with Boat/ RV Parking

Our home is located in a quiet section of south Lake Havasu City within easy access of downtown and several launch points (Buckskin & Cattail Cove both to South and Windsor to North). Even during busy time periods, you're looking at 5-10 minutes to drive from the house to downtown.

Our home features 3-bedrooms/2-full baths. We have a 90' concrete driveway next to the garage for any size RV or boat parking including outside accessible 30-Amp Service. The large rear yard includes an in-ground private swimming pool (no diving-5' depth), outdoor gas grill and patio chairs secured by a chain link privacy fence.

Our home will comfortably sleep 6 adults or up to 8 if two sleep on the queen blow-up mattress (electric air pump provided). The master bedroom comes with a king bed, chest of drawers, dresser and 2-night stands. The second bedroom comes with a queen bed, dresser and 2-night stands and the third bedroom comes with a queen bed and dresser. There are lighted ceiling fans in all 3 bedrooms.

Internet and cable are provided; there are 3-flat panel display TV's throughout the house... 1 located in the living room, another in the master bedroom and the third in bedroom #2. A large round table in the dining room will comfortably seat 6 people plus 3 more at the bar. The living room includes a couch, over-sized chair and love seat. A coffee maker, Keurig, refrigerator, electric range, over the range microwave, dishwasher and garbage disposal are included in the kitchen. There are place settings for 8, utensils and other kitchen items needed. A washing machine & dryer are available for you in the laundry room. We've recently added a water softener and a filtered drinking water system.
