New unit built in 2020. 2 bedroom 2 bath duplex. Many upgrades and stylishly furnished. Large Queen Master bedroom and bathroom, with walk in tile shower, double sinks and granite countertops. Bedroom has a large walk in closet and Smart tv. 2nd bedroom also queen size. 2nd bath also has granite counter tops with tub and shower. Queen size blowup mattress available for guests. Large kitchen, fully stocked. Small dog ok, no cats. We are located close to the lake and boat ramps. Boat parking available. Great for snow birds. Pool access. Not heated from Oct to April.

Nice Rental
We appreciated the Host’s great communication with us including checking in to make sure we arrived okay and all at the house was good. Roof deck has nice views. Overall rental is as described and we enjoyed our stay. Backyard patio furnishings are showing definite wear and could use an upgrade. Having use of the garage was a definite plus!

Home away from Home
This duplex has all the comforts of home. Everything is ground level, no stairs so easy access in and out. Plenty of parking outdoors. Cute little well kept back yard. Fully equipment kitchen. Comfortable mattress and bedding and easily accessible bathrooms. Nice washer and dryer in the garage. The owners live next door and are the nicest people you would ever want to meet.

More than enough!
From the curb appeal to walking into the unit it was a great start to our 2-week get-a-way. The house was more than adequately supplied. Our hostess was very accommodating to our needs. Pam provided fragrance-free products due to my allergy to scents. Pam and John treated us like friends, not just as clients.
