This spectacular 4 bedroom 2 and 1/2 bathroom home is located centrally in the heart of Lake Havasu. Come retreat to this entertainers back yard in the pool and spa or relax and watch the game in the large gazebo. Inside the home go play a game of pool or air hockey or hang out in the spacious kitchen with room for everyone. There are 3 smart tvs in the home to handle all your steaming needs. There is 1 king bed, 2 queen beds, a bunk bed with single on top and full on bottom, and a full size day bed with a pull out single. There is gated boat/rv parking along the side of the house 99 feet of usable space. There is also ample parking space along the other side of the house as well.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and 2.5 bathrooms, and there's space to spread out with 4 bedrooms and a dining area. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a private pool, a washing machine, and a fenced private yard.
