**Beautiful 3 Bed / 2 Bath Pool Home with Spacious Air-Conditioned Garage**

This centrally located, exceptionally clean 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home features a resort-style backyard with a sparkling pool and mature landscaping. With an open floor plan, this home is perfect for entertaining and comfortable living. Up to 2 dogs may be approved with an additional fee. Please see the house rules to see our policy on guests who are caught sneaking in undisclosed animals.

- **Gourmet Kitchen**: Granite countertops, full backsplash, island with breakfast bar, and custom cabinetry with pull-outs and organizers.
- **Split Bedrooms**: Ideal for privacy, with shutters and tasteful interior colors throughout.
- **Air-Conditioned 3-Car Garage**: Spacious, boat-deep garage makes for a great place to keep your vehicles, toys, and projects.
- **Outdoor Living**: Beautiful pool area with rock decor and a level driveway for easy access. Note that the pool is only heated via solar and will only add a few degrees. While we have swam in this pool every month of the year, it may be too cold for your preference. Additionally, pool maintenance is done on Wednesday between 8:00 and 1:00. If you added a lock to the gate, it must be left unlocked and dogs must be inside or supervised.
- **Additional Parking**: Gated access to accommodate toys and extra vehicles.

Winter Escape

We love to stay here, enjoyed daily Pickleball, walks from Rotary Park and Paddle Boarding in the channel. Really enjoy being outdoors, meeting new people.

Perfect place to stay

The house was perfect for a winter getaway. It was tastefully decorated with new furniture. The kitchen was well stocked with new pots, pans and utensils. It was also well stocked with linens pillows and towels. The backyard and pool was a perfect Arizona oasis. Oliver was a spectacular host. He promptly replied to all of our questions. We would definitely stay here again.
