Fantastic hotel not part of a chain. Rooms were clean, nice pool, and awesome management. Location is fantastic right near downtown with a great view of the channel exit. Neat watching the ferry at night and walking down to the channel. Fantastic value, will stay here again.

Positioned close to the bridge which is just a short and pleasant walk away. The bed was comfortable and the room large . There are no room coffee facilities though it is available during office hours.

I booked this motel based on location, price, and the comments of the Trip Advisor reviewer who is a Housekeeping Manager (December, 2018). The Bridgewater is located a short walk from the Channel Walk, which made for a great morning for our first time in Lake Havasu. Check-in was easy. Upon enetering the room, I was pleased to find it as described in the previous review mentioned. Everything was very clean and in good working order (Room 101). The amenities made for a pleasant stay and the bed was comfortable. Tea, coffee, hot chocolate was available, but no breakfast nor restaurant on the premises. This was OK as we utilized the fridge and microwave. Ice is available but we had to ask for it at the counter. No big deal. As the weather was pleasant, we had the window open, but had to close it when a neighbor stood within 6' to smoke. Guess they don't have the 20' law in Arizona. The framed prints on the walls were of France; would have been nice to see some local photography. We were only there for a one-night detour on the way to Grand Canyon. A good deal if you're not looking for a resort for the week. Super clean!

Worst motel and experience ever in 75 years........ Old, doors do not seal, toilets flush poorly, very bad comunication skills with two old woman in office, room smelled so they over perfumed it and made my husband sick. Noisy, inconsiterate people stay there. Cut our trip two days short to get out of the place. Lost two days of room charges to them. Then they billed me $44.31 for two days of my pet boing thwere in a pet friendly hotel????? They are crazy stay clear of this place.

This turned out to be a good stay even during spring break. Our upper level room overlooked the pool and parking. There were zero noise issues though being in a 4 wheeler town means plenty of noisy little quads buzzing by on the nearby road. Check in was quick and friendly with answers to questions about the area for us first timers. The room was nice, with mini fridge, microwave, WiFi and great shower.

From a housekeeping manager and working at a 5 Stars Resort & a couple of 3 Stars Resort, Bridgewater was super awesome. The parking was ample and easy to maneuver. Air was crisp and a beautiful view of the sun setting from the parking lot. The property was quiet and serene. The grounds was upkept nicely and the buildings was clean and freshly maintenanced. The office was clean and inviting. The night agent was friendly and helpful. In the office was a coffee, tea and hot chocolate in the morning self serve. There were a few pamphlets on the areas highlights. We got a King bed room above the office. The stairs was easy to manage with our luggage( 1 each ). The view over looking the gated swimming pool was a lovely site. The pool area looked well maintained n clean. Upon entry the door knob ( actual key and door knob combo), the Room smelt clean and sanitized ( bleach- which is gr8). The King bed looked comfortable and linen was neat and clean. The sitting area was off to the left with a hanging lamp two chairs a ice bucket with liner and a tent card for the WiFi. The lower wall AC unit was under the picture window looking out towards the lake. Killer Awesome views. Two nitestands clock radio telephone and phone book and the Holy Bible in the drawer. A television was in a armoire. 32” inch?? Impressed by the in room microwave and apartment size refrigerator not your normal small size on too. In the open like closet-ample bar to place hanged items. Upper shelving. 1 luggage rack. A vanity with vanity mirror and on wall hair dryer. A water closet tub-shower combo in a room with a door. The nearly clean and white terry linen was impressive. They match in color and uniformity. Our room was lovely. Room views! Room Size! Room Cleanliness! Overall, I enjoyed my stay at the motel than our last Resort stay in Vegas. N the morning manager was super friendly, informative and kind. We thank Bridgewater Motel AZ for a lovely overniter. Thanks Mahalo, Hskpg Manager Mum. 808-Hawaii.

Phyllis is the best and the location is perfect for us! Nice small and affordable lodging for a weekend trip! Will definitely stay again. Clean and well situated. The pool area is really a plus! Right by the London Bridge tourist sites!

I stayed one night in room 101, downstairs end unit of this two story motel. It is well located within walking distance of London Bridge, and restaurants. Easy access to highway 95 which is the main road passing through town. The room was nice and clean with a typical window mounted a/c unit. Cable TV was good and the room had a 3 drawer chest, a table and 2 chairs, 2 bedside lamps, working phone and clock, shampoo/conditioner, a fridge and microwave--all the basics. Free wifi as well. Cons: It was hard to get sleep during the day. I seemed to hear the a/c unit, boats passing near the motel and car noises in spite of having the a/c on to try to keep cool and drown out the exterior noise. The hotel does allow dogs and there was one in the room next to me that barked a number of times. No breakfast included. Parking spaces were a bit challenging as two vehicles pulling boats also use the spaces making it hard to get in and out. Overall this is a good place to stay in spite of the age of the motel and if you can deal with the outside noises, you will probably be satisfied.

the location of the motel is very handy to all the "attractions" of LH. We unknowingly arrived at the start of Desert Storm so there boats and RV's everywhere. Room rate was accordingly quite high, well above what it should have been. Very old school operation.

We recently stayed here and had a nice stay. The front desk person was very pleasant and gave us a good rate. It's an older property but clean and well kept. Convenient location with a view of the lake.
