3rd bedroom - bunk bed (1 full + 1 twin) + TV - 2nd floor
4th bedroom - 1queen size + 1 full size + TV - 1st floor
5th bedroom - 2 bunk beds ( 4 twin beds)+ TV - 1st floor
Living room - 2 comfy sofas + arm chair +TV ( non sleepers)

Rental are not inclusive of sheets & towels, Linen & Towels service is available for additional fee of $185 ( Have to request at the time of booking or at least 7 days prior to arrival date)

There are pillows and bedspreads on the beds and blankets in the bedroom closets

Other details to note:
1. The PREMISES are not available to “groups” or persons under the age of twenty-five (25) unless accompanied by a parent or guardian

2. Primary Guest Must Sign a Lease Agreement & Provide a Copy of a Government Issued ID

3. WE DO ACCEPT WELL BEHAVED PETS UP TO 30 POUNDS (MAXIMUM 2 PETS) with pet fee $100 per pet

4. Linen & Towels are not included with the rental but can be ordered as extra service for flat fee of $185
