Lack of communication with the host may have been my fault not knowing how to use the app. We were looking forward to using the hot tub and found it empty. We sent a message that was never answered. Filled the tub up the next day but the breaker wouldn’t reset. No response from the host till hours after checkout. Doubt we’ll be compensated.
