This is an attractive 1930's style boathouse with dramatic views from the common area porch. The Allyah room is small with a queen bed and very little room to walk around the bed. Worst the bathroom was across the hall. Good news they provide robes for your nightly visits. Too small for us

This was our first time visiting Lake George, and we couldn't have picked a better place to stay than The Boathouse. The room was spacious and comfortable, and had everything in it a traveller could possibly need. The breakfasts were terrific. The location is superb, and the house itself is historic. Best of all, the owners made us feel more like house guests than guests at a B&B. If we return, as we hope, we couldn't imagine staying anywhere else.

My wife and I spent a few days at the Boathouse this June 2019 and must say the accommodations were charming and well maintained. The porch splendid views overlooks lake George and the mountains in the distance which are breathtaking. The three course Breakfast is always creative, fresh and well planned. Be prepared for a great cup of coffee that is always filled by Joe which he takes a lot of pride in delivering. Patty and Joe’s hospitality and warmth make you feel as if you are with long time friends. We can decide why we will turn, for the great views and accommodations, the wonderful company at breakfast or just to visit Patty and Joe who make you feel part of the Boathouse family. Thank you for memories which will last us or lifetime and we wait to return

Picturesque boathouse in Bolton Landing

Lovely, unique bed & breakfast right on (and in) the water. Easy walk to town shops and restaurants or to the Sagamore. The boathouse is historic, comfortable, and picturesque. The hosts are extremely friendly, accomodating and helpful. Breakfasts were extremely enjoyable. Many nice little touchs and that beautiful view made it one of the nicest stays we've ever had!

The Boathouse is located right on the Lake George offering beautiful views of the lake. The staff was wonderful and the breakfast served was delicious. The rooms were cozy and comfortable. We truly enjoyed our stay there.

Great location on Lake George

Beautifully restored boathouse. The speedboat ride on Lake George was the highlight of our trip. Many fine restaurants within walking distance. Excellent breakfast.
