    "Hotel was amazing. From the moment you walk in it smells awesome and is beautifully designed. Customer service was great and everyone was so helpful. We stayed in a loft suite and the whole roof is glass windows overlooking lake como with the mountains (there’s automatic blinds for the roof) We came with our son and they had the sofa bed set up upon our arrival without having to ask. The location is very good as you can walk into the city center along the lake in about 15 minutes. There’s the absolute best pizza shop right around the corner as well (Bull como pizza). The rooftop pool is cool. Stayed at many hotels and this should definitely be rated 5 stars! We came from the train station and there were not many taxis available. Would recommend to have the hotel arrange a taxi for pickup. "
