The young housekeeper named Danielle made our stay wonderful. Not only was she very professional she was a hard worker and very friendly! Thank you young lady for making our stay a lovely experience! We will be back.
My husband, daughter and grandchildren came for an overnight stay. We visited the local waterpark and came back to Quality Suites for the night. The room was excellent, clear and smelled fresh. Breakfast was offered the next morning, which allowed us to eat and head to the beach. The staff were friendly and helpful.
T at the front desk was excellent. Room was good and clean but the faucet was loose in the tub. Overall a great stay and reasonable price. The breakfast had eggs, bacon, sausage patties and links gravy biscuits waffles.
Rooms being updated, appears some may still be in process. Looks like some of the fixtures may be older, but finishes and many items updated. No complaints for a couple nights when in town for work. Good value compared to others in area.
We stopped here for just one night while in the area. The price was good; the rooms were large and clean; the breakfast was good. I'd stay here again. It served the purpose well - all we look for is clean and safe. This was fine on both points.
we were on the way to Florida and stopped because we prefer Choice hotels. clean room on 3rd floor, quiet, very good bed and helpful staff. I came down with a case of cellulitis in my leg and staff referred us to the local hospital. I cannot say enough good things about West Calceshoe Pasrish Hospital. I know that is off point but I wanted to recognize this facility.
These are the rudest people I have ever met. The rooms are only marginally clean and smell damp. When we checked in we asked for a late check out and were told we could stay until 1pm. On the day we left, environmental knocked on the door and I told her we had a late check out, I could then hear her on the telephone telling someone that people were refusing to leave. I went back to room at 11:30 to get our belongings and we were locked out. When I went to the front desk we were told that we had never been given permission for a late check out. They were extremely rude and accused us of lying. The general manager apparently denied that she had given permission. We have stayed in many hotels and have rarely requested a late check out. Just a suggestion, instead of being confrontational, can you at least explain that there has been a misunderstanding or a mix up? Instead of accusing people of lying. Unacceptable customer relations.
My family stayed at this property for one night. We got this hotel through Priceline and felt that the hotel was nice and comfortable. It looks to be more recently renovated. My only minor complaint was our bathroom could have been a little more updated. The tub looked old and worn and the flooring needed a better cleaning around the corners. The room was spacious with a sitting area, microwave, mini fridge and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was nice but busy and items were depleted quickly. We would stay here again if the price was decent.
No problems. Room and bed sheets were clean and everything was in working order. That's really all I care about. Breakfast choices were good, enough to suit everyone's needs. Personnel were friendly. I'd stay again.
Stayed for one night after a special event. Arrived at 3pm and found room had not been cleaned. And of course previous guests were a mess. We stayed in largest suite they had with whirlpool tub in bedroom. Interesting. The room and hotel condition is a bit worn out but was relatively clean. Walls seemed thin. Very basic 2 star hotel. Front desk staff was polite.
