"This was the worst experience I've ever had with a hotel. None of the things they advertised were available. Our room was not clean. The tubs are disgusting. We found a bug in our room. We had to move 3 times. they literally never cleaned our room. They never had breakfast available when they said they would. They lost their liquor license, so there was no actual bar available.. Half the time you couldn't tell who was working there because the people were wandering around and not dressed like they were working. This was so bad if I could have found someplace else to stay, I would have, but because of the holiday weekend there were hardly any vacancies.It was horrible. The manager apologized and said she didn't know then tried to make it right with a bag with a goodie bag of stale snacks and a bottle of water no offer to compensate."
