Owners spared no expense featuring open floor plan with a large great room and new wood burning fireplace, wood Soaring Cathedral Ceilings to enhance the natural light windows, Kitchen with new SS appliances Fit-for-a-Chef; drinking water filtration system so no need to bring bottled water!!Also features a 16x10 screened porch with gas fireplace and outdoor fire pit A relaxing walk to Golf, Fitness, tennis and clubhouse. NOTHING TO DO BUT ENJOY!This home has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, nice open floor plan with large kitchen. The screened in porch offers a nice area to relax and enjoy nature without the bugs. There is a spacious area for the firepit in the back yard. It sleeps 9 comfortably.

****Please Note: This home is located in a secured, gated, private community. You will need to fill out a rental contract and agree to the community and house rules. Any violations will be subject to citations from the community and possible eviction from the property. It will be sent to you by our property manager upon booking. This will need to be completed and signed, (to include the names, ages, addresses and relationships to you for all of your guests) for entrance into the community. This will need to be completed within 72 hours of your arrival or the community will assess a $100 late fee that you will be responsible for. You may not exceed the max amount of people allowed and there are no more than 4 cars allowed in the driveway. No other guests can visit the lot while you are there. Items provided in the home to include games, appliances etc. are subject to change without notice.****

Was a beautiful home, but could’ve been cleaned/maintained a little better. Outdoor areas had cobwebs and should’ve been blown off prior to guest arrival. There wasn’t a Kuerig as advertised. Lights were out in various parts of the home as well as on the outside. Remotes had dead batteries. The tub drains slow. Have to be 18 to rent and/or be a passenger on kayak or canoes. Outdoor areas in the Hideout were well maintained other than the mini golf course. Again, beautiful place, would stay again.
