The place was pet friendly, had your own little private beach basically everything that you can think of from inside house furnishings to outdoor fire pit, and it's roughly 30 minutes from Traverse City and it was very clean

This lake house could not have been any better for our group! We loved the sandy beach, paddle boarding, and just sitting on the screened porch and looking out over the lake. It was nice having fire pit options, one on the beach and one near the woods. The property was so peaceful and quiet! We explored Lake Ann on Saturday, The Stone Oven pizza was great and the brewery next door had live music. The house was a great location to get to Glen Arbor, Leland, and Traverse City. Loved stopping to cut fresh lavender at Sleeping Bear Lavender and Herb Farm just a few miles away from the house. As for the house itself, everything was well thought out! We had everything we needed and more (AC was a huge plus on this hot week). Communication with the host was a breeze. Can’t wait to come back!
