I arrived late. Quick check-in. I was upgraded without asking. The room was pristine and beautiful. I was able to get a late in-room service with very decent food. Definitely a lot of efforts in details (different types of pillows, etc..)
Only downside: there is nothing around. So great if you are arriving/departing from Jinan west train station (rail service in China is top notch to go to Beijing or Shanghai -much faster than doing inland flights), but don't use the place as a base for tourism.

Overall, this hotel is a good choice when you come to Jinan. The location is great. There are many food options. The room is good either but it is a bit hot in summer
