A new spacious modern apartment. You and your family will have access to two bedrooms with private bathrooms and the main bedroom also has a large private varanda, perfect for relaxing in the sun on the north side. At the south facing end of the apartment is another private varanda with sunbeds and BBQ area for al fresco style dining, ensuring you get glorious sunshine all day. From the balcony you have outdoor pool access just 10 metres away.
Inside you have a flat screen tv, internet, large American style fridge/freezer and all the usual kitchen appliances you need to make for a comfortable stay.
Within the grounds of the building you also have access to an indoor pool , accompanied by a steam room and a sauna. There is a gymnasium, games room and childrens play area. All of these are accessible free of charge when you visit.
The apartment is very central just a 10 minute walk from the centre of lagos.
