Recent guest reviews

Hotel staff are friendly, polite, and courteous. The front desk/reception and kitchen staff provided excellent customer service. Breakfast was timely, and there was a variety. Based on local market price, the rooms were commensurate in value and competitive. The only negative feedback is the General Manager. I am not sure the part of the world from which he originated. He lacks professional etiquette, in terms of courtesy and customer service. Whilst his staff greeted and welcomed guests, he simply walked past them; as if they do not exist. Based on my firsthand observation, I stayed at the hotel for seven days, he could not be bothered to exchange salutations with hotel guests. Every member of staff, including housekeeping and physical security team, was pleasant and courteous. The General Manager could not be bothered, to introduce himself to guests who make it possible for him to earn an income. He simply walks past you. For this reason, and only for this reason, I will not be returning to the hotel.

No hot or warm water in the bath room shower in room 537,and the rental meeting room was not made according by prior reservation request, until after my arrival to the hotel upon check -in..Lastly was not allowed to bring the free breakfast food to my room by my self either unless a restaurant staff server brung it to my room so as to charge me a delivery fee for the use of the serving tray which was a new policy was set in place which did not exist during my previous stay of four years ago .
