It was a pleasant experience at GTA. The staff were absolutely fabulous with their service and time, notably those at the Reception, Shedrack, Gloria, and Usman; service with a smile. Also worthy of mention are the catering/restaurant staff for the dedicated service in providing sumptuous meals for guests. I enjoyed my stay at GTA, and being a first-time guest, I’m impressed by the facilities and services. My room was clean and tidy with a touch of luxury with the satin sheets - a bit of decadence. Well done to members of the team who make GTA tick, you’re all fantastic, be it people-facing or in the background. In subsequent travels, GTA will be right up the list for a stay. Thanks for providing a friendly, conducive and secure environment.

Room was clean, classy. Bathroom was clean but when taking a shower water kept sneaking out to out of the shower towards the sink area. Reception staff treated me well. Best part is the roof top pool area. Will definitely stay they again and recommend to anyone

Room was nice and clean, they provided toiletries which was nice. Only negative was the the waiting when I went to the bar area. I pressed the buzzer and the attendant didn't still come. I also ordered via the app and the items never came. I eventually had to look for the waiter that initially served me to pay for what I ordered. Also the food was not as described, I ordered calamari and I was given chips with it and ketchup with salad and not the tartar source that it was meant to come with it. Had I known, I wouldn't have ordered it as it was meant to be small bites , not a full on meal.

We had a very disappointing experience. The hotel was aesthetically pleasing, but the standard of service for international clients was below expectations. My husband and I stayed at GTA for 14 days. 12 of the 14 days we were provided with just 1 towel between us. We had to request for an additional towel everyday, and eventually had to complain. They only got it right on day 12. Every time we had a shower the bathroom floor would be covered in water. For some reason the shower glass would not keep the water in the shower. The AC always sounded as if there was a gust of wind coming from the outside. Breakfast was only provided for 1 occupant. They claimed this was complimentary. For Expedia standards the room should be advertised as either room with breakfast or room without breakfast. Before I travelled from the UK I had messaged the hotel via Expedia to ask for clarification on something. I never got an answer despite messaging twice. Halfway through my stay, weeks after booking I finally got a response. I could go on, but I think this is enough to justify my 2 stars. And the 2 stars are for the security personnel, a young man (staff) called Joseph Chinedu, and the fact that the hotel was aesthetically pleasing.

Unfortunately the hotel advertised a spa that was closed on sunday when i arrived. Also the gym was closed and not open. When i requested to move my reservation to the following day as that wad what i came for. They said the manager would have to decide. Expedia accepted and i had to pay a little extra which i agreed to but the hotel then decided not to accept. The front office staff where ignorant. Unable to think and make good customer judgement and take important decision. This is a 24/7 hotel and then the manager to authorise things was not around. Also the back of the sink in the room.was very dirty and disgusting.cockroach found in.the room
