Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
The booking was a fraud. The hotel doesn't exist in reality. When I got to the address for check-in, I was told that the hotel had sold the building about 2 years ago. The place was occupied by a private company. So there was no room for me and I couldn't check-in. I had to go do an over the counter booking at another hotel.
