This villa is situated in Montinhos da Luz, is very private has an electric gate, large ol 10X5 meters, garden terrace, cover terrace with table and chairs for a meal and open terrace with sunloungers , sun umbrelas and sunloungers.
Villa has 4 bedrooms, two upstairs with two double beds and two bathrooms en-suite and a terrace and air co. Downstairs are two beroom rooms with two single beds in each berdoom and a bathroom for both bedrooms with air co.
Living-dining room with Internet, TV and air co. Fully fitted kitchen with all necessary items. Garage with washing machine.
For stays longer than seven days there is maid service.
This villa does not accept pets and is not allowed to smoke inside or outside, parties and events are not allowed, being the booking cancelled in case guests do not repect it.
