This was the worst property I have ever stayed at, it was on a nicely kept complex grounds were nice however you went downstairs to it there were cockroaches, ants galore the lounge had been separated with a stud wall cutting out all natural light making the lounge so small it felt so claustrophobic with the lights out it was pitch black!! I did complain to the management company there was only 1 wine glass, the toaster only worked on one side, the pillows were so badly stained without any protectors they were very lumpy, we could not get the gas hob to work, the sinks had no plugs the water in the bathroom sink runs away very slowly a previous customer had complained about this in August but it still had not been attended too. The management company sent out a box of new wine glasses, a new toaster, the hob was fixed so could use although it wasn’t in good state, they did not attend to sink or send out new pillows but did send some plugs for sinks. The smell from the fridge was horrendous it was like dead fish!! The shower curtain made you feel like you didn’t want to touch it so stained from soap etc it looked awful. I did inform the guy at the management company about the fridge smell & shower but no action was taken. The only good things were the iron & ironing board were new as was the toaster after being replaced so Thanks for that. All in All we did not stay here for long as we couldn’t the property needs attention!!

Will think twice before booking again

Apartment nice but balcony dirty and busy and noisy road in front. Manager of staff too busy to help, left his number but never answered. Other staff helpful. Description of apartment matched to the main building but this side building we got had none of qualities. No sea view, just view to next block. Narrow balcony.
