Apt. Arribas:
A breath taking stunning apartment located in the gorgeous and luxuriously exclusive resort of Mar da Luz, a very private closed condominium. Set in ecological and natural land, the resort is nestled within Porto dona Maria, on the cliff top between Luz and Burgau.

The apartment is stunningly decorated and has wonderful touches including a wooden ceiling above the dining area, open tread wood staircase, large walk in showers and benefits from underfloor heating, air conditioning. Extremely tall patio doors let in the light from the south facing terrace which has amazing seaviews.

The kitchen is modern and fully kitted out with every mod con necessary to make your stay as comfortable as possible including Microwave, dishwasher and washing machine along with a small balcony utility area.

Two bedrooms are on the ground floor. The double has an ensuite and the twin has the use of a separate shower room. Both bathrooms have heated towel rails and walk in showers.

The 1st floor mezzanine has a glass balcony overlooking the lounge below, a double sofa bed to sleep 2, and steps which lead out to the private roof terrace with its stunning views across the resort and the sea beyond.

Guests are entitled to use the facilities onsite which include the indoor heated swimming pool, a fully fitted gymnasium, hot tub, sauna and Turkish bath.

Outdoors there are two swimming pools, a children’s pool and 9 hole pitch and putt golf course.

There is also a spa treatment room, resort reception and underground garage.

Free Wi-Fi Internet access if you are bringing your own computer.With just a 20 minute walk you can be in the town or on the beach of either Praia da Luz or Burgau.
