    Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy
    Guten Tag, leider war unser Aufenthalt getrübt durch nicht geputzte Fußböden und Tische etc. Der vereinbarte Putztermin wurde nicht eingehalten, so mussten wir mit schmutzigen Handtüchern und gebrauchter Bettwäsche zurecht kommen. Die sanitären Rintichtungen müssen dringend erneuert werden. Es gab keine Einweisung vor Ort z. B. wie die Waschmaschine (Kipptaste im Stromzähler!!) oder Spühlmaschine und Herd funktionieren. Auch die Fotos in der Werbung für das Appartement A71 entsprachen nicht der Realität. Alle Mail-Adressen waren unzustellbar, Telefonate unmöglich, am Telefon war niemand kompetentes zu erreichen.
