I am unable to comment on this property. As when we arrived they had no reservation for us. They have taken our money and between them and Expedia we had nowhere to sleep for 2 nights!!!! At this time we cannot decern who is to blame. We will chase Expeida customer services for more answers

This property did not look anything like the photos in the listing. It is extremely tired, worn and unkempt. The outside areas are overgrown and uncared for. The apartment was very small (it looked quite spacious on the listing). The sofa bed was absolutely filthy inside.

Hotel near La Rochelle

This hotel caters for holiday stays and offers flatlets with cooking facilities etc. We arrived on a Wednesday for an overnight stop and were horrified to find that reception was closed on Wednesdays. Presumably this is not a usual changeover day. My Expedia booking stated a 5.00 pm arrival which was what we did. Fortunately I managed to find a caretaker who phoned for help and we managed to get our room keys. It would have been a major problem if we had arrived much later in the evening as this is not a hotel with a 24hr manned reception. The only onsite catering that evening was at the adjacent chateau which was much more costly than we wished at that time. At the end of April there seemed to be no restaurants open in the vicinity, the only meal we could find was a MacDonald's a few miles away. It would have been OK if we had brought food for self catering.

Les installations sont vĂ©tustes, l’entretien laisse vraiment Ă  dĂ©sirer, et l’hygiĂšne n’est pas au rendez-vous : je n’ai mĂȘme pas eu le courage d’utiliser la salle de bain. Cet Ă©tablissement aurait vraiment besoin d’une rĂ©novation complĂšte avant de pouvoir accueillir des clients dans de bonnes conditions. C’est certain, je ne reviendrai pas

Pas de clim. Moisissure dans salle de bain et rideau de la chambre moisi. Reloger avec 1 chambre de moins car celle rĂ©servĂ©e avait un problĂšme technique. Toile d araignĂ©e sur les chaises dehors et de la poussiere sur la table du salon de jardin. Tout etait vĂ©tuste, mĂ©nage pas fait, pas de draps ni de serviette. 1 demi rouleau de papier toilette pour 4 personnes ! Manquait le nĂ©on de la cuisine. Tres dĂ©cevant pour 240 € la nuit.

Je cherche encore les trois Ă©toiles que je n'ai pas trouvĂ© dans cet hĂŽtel, photos pas d'actualitĂ©s, vieux et vĂ©tuste. Je n'aurai jamais pris cet hĂŽtel, mais rĂ©servation par internet et paiement d'avance donc obligĂ© de rester. Les seuls+ de ce lieux le parking souterrain gratuit, la piscine et le nom de l'hĂŽtel qui laissait rĂȘver un peu mais qui ne correspond pas du tout au lieux.

Les poubelles sont toutes regroupĂ©es en debut d allee et au ras des locatifs ... peut-ĂȘtre Ă  cause des travaux....du coup le visuel est pas extra A l accueil de la rĂ©sidence, les chariots de linge (sacs oranges) sont partout. The check in was late (from 18:00 to 20:00) and the flat was not ready. Had to wait about 1 hour and a half before being able to check in. When entering, we saw the cleaning was partially done. Dust were still on the floor and a bit everywhere. We booked the full package with towels, shower gel and bedsheets but it is only the 2nd day where we were provided those items. When noticed, we went back to the reception but it was already closed. We slept the first night without bedsheets and had no towels. The flat is overall ok but not in the best conditions (AC old and not working, dog hairs on the blankets, dust on the floor, broken sofa, damaged floor
). Despite this experience, the company were very short of staff and we felt like they did everything they could to maintain the place and their work. We wished that there was a better organization.

C’est surprenant car les chambres doivent normalement ĂȘtre rendues propres, linge sale dĂ©posĂ© Ă  la rĂ©ception et tout rangĂ©. Pas de climatisation dans la chambre et seulement un ventilateur proposĂ© alors qu’il s’agissait d’une chambre familiale. Globalement, nous sommes déçus et ne recommanderons pas cet Ă©tablissement.
