We had an amazing stay at White from Jan 31st to Feb 4th. The service was excellent. We were provided with a mobile phone to communicate with the hotel staff when off the property. The included breakfasts were delicious. The ocean view from our room was stunning and the sound of the waves had us very relaxed.

We were so pleased with our stay at White. The staff are kind, thoughtful, and always willing to help. The location is stunning. Staff and the hotel were great. However being an adult only property, we were woken up by a baby and had to have breakfast with a family was not the quiet morning I was looking forward to. The staff explained its because the sister property was closed. This felt like their upgrade was my downgrade for what I paid for.

A delightful hotel with wonderful staff, rooms, food, and incredible views. The magical sounds of the ocean crashing into the shore were the perfect lullaby. Sao Miguel is amazing and the people of the island are lovely. We came tired but left relaxed and energized. The entire staff at White Hotel was super friendly, welcoming, and made our stay memorable. Cannot recommend this hotel enough!

From start to finish we loved our stay at the White Exclusive Villas. Sara welcomed us excellently, we felt immediately relaxed yet amongst nature. The breakfast was outstanding, we also had an evening meal there and we loved the food. When we come back to the Azores, we will stay here.

A place that lives up to its positive reviews!

I stayed here for a solo trip, and I was extremely pleased. The hotel rooms have been recently renovated and are spacious and aesthetically pleasing. My hotel room was cleaned thoroughly everyday. My room (including most - if not all) opened out onto the deck overlooking the sea. Breakfast was included with a nice selection. Staff were friendly and super helpful every step of the way. Some nice additional touches include: 1) A cell phone was provided with my room to use during my visit. Daily suggested trip itineraries were texted to the phone. 2) Grey towels were provided for use at the hot springs. 3) Breakfast was packed for my early morning flight. I definitely recommend staying here! The capital is only a 15 min taxi ride away.
